Attention, c est un site frauduleux qui ne rembourse et ni ne fait d'échange.
A ce jour, j ai renvoyé des bottines trop grande pour moi, malheureusement pour moi, il n yavait plus de stock. Comme ils ne voulaient pas me rembourser. ils m'ont proposés d'échanger avec une autre paire de chaussures, et jamais ils ont sortie la nouvelle collection qui devait sortir en février 2024.
Le site est fermé, il ne me répondent pas.

=> conclusion? Ce sont des voleurs.

Me encantan! Llegaron al día siguiente. Pedí mi número habitual y me van genial, al rato de llevarlas, se adapta al pie y lo mejor es que no me han hecho ninguna rozadura. Ya estoy pensando en comprar mi segundo par 😊

Es mi segunda compra, mi pedido ha llegado en menos de 24 horas, estoy encantada con este vendedor (haselbrand), en las dos ocasiones pedi mi talla habitual, al principio van ajustaditos pero en unas horas la piel se va adaptando al pié, muy bonitos, tal como en las fotos, gracias. 🥰

La calidad de los zapatos es excelente, al verlos se puede apreciar el resultado de un producto hecho a mano y de calidad! El servicio insuperable!! Espero sigan asi y el hecho de que crezcan no lo pierdan!!

Es la segunda vez que compro. Son un calzado cómodo, muy bonito y ligero. La relación calidad precio es excelente. Estan hechos a mano y se nota. Además muy buena atención al cliente vía Instagram, te aconsejan sobre el tallaje la mar de bien. Muy recomendable calzado.

I bought a pair two years ago to test and I was seduced. I wore them all summer and promised myself to buy new pairs with other colors.
I therefore, as soon as the international sale reopened, bought 3 pairs with my eyes closed. And once again I am not disappointed. the value for money is interesting. OK... So I own 7 pairs of shoes from this brand now and I am beyond satisfied. I love the designs, the craftsmanship, the fast shipping, and their social mission. I take my shoes everywhere, as they are very comfortable, and always get asked about them. They are always super nice and quick to answer any questions you may have. My 7th pair came from an Instagram giveaway they did, and I was beyond happy to be one of the winners. Needless to say, I fully recommend this brand and their shoes; to whoever reads these comments and to whoever asks.

Mejor de lo que esperaba, las iba pedir en la talla que uso en Europa y ellos mismo me informaron cual me quedaría mejor, muy buena atención. So super cómodas, recomendadisimas...

I am really happy with my purchase. I am from Portugal. I ordered my shoes (3039 TAN) and received them the very next day. They are just like in pictures and are super comfy. It was really a good surprise to see how comfortable the sole is. The leather is soft and has beautifull shades. My foot got hurt a little in the back area, near the heel, on the first use, which is normal for me in this type of shoes. So far my expercience is really positive. I also have a very good impression on instagram, I always got answers to all my questions and doubts.
Althought I love Hasel's social mission and sustainability, it is an expensive purchase. I only bought my pair in sales season, and even so, with shipping costs, it was around €36. I hope, therefore, that Hasel can grow and find sustainable strategies to reduce the price so that we can be able to buy new products. Congratulations! Filipa Q.

Me encanta mis sandalias doradas, son cómodos y la piel es muy suave. Pedí mi talla habitual y me quedan bien. El pedido llegó en 6 días con fin de semana por medio, así que genial.

En su página web recomiendan comprar la talla habitual. Al recibir los zapatos cuál fue mi sorpresa que me quedaban grandes, como si fueran de una talla más. Tuve la suerte de que otra chica de mi trabajo estuviera interesada en ellos y me los comprara, así que no tuve que lidiar con la devolución.
De todas maneras, estoy descontenta con ellos porque en su Instagram dejé un comentario recomendando a la gente comprar una talla menos de la habitual y me lo quitaron. Me ha parecido muy poco profesional por su parte y de muy mala educación.
