Benchmark Kennels Bewertungen

I was originally speaking to Cat before purchasing the kennel and she was faultless, answering my many (probably annoying) questions. I was contacted post purchase and pre delivery to confirm everything. Liam and Tommy came to fit the kennel I ordered from Benchmark and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. I was text on the morning to confirm how far away they were. Both lads were very polite and professional. They sped through assembly and had everything done and tidied up within 1.5 hours.
They asked me to check it all over and confirm I was happy before heading off.
Overall, I’m incredibly pleased with the service received.

Brilliant service and very pleased with our kennel block. The installation team of Brogan, Shaun and Sam were great and had everything built and finished in no time at all. Our dogs love their new kennels and we would definitely recommend Benchmark to anybody looking for dog kennels.

Great service and dilivery and installation fast and great product. Thanks brogan and nath

Absolutely awful! All the measurements are out which leaves gapping therefore it’s not weatherproof. After arguing back & forth via email with their non existent customer service/aftercare team for a month we are now taking legal action….£670 is not a drop in the ocean & we won’t be fobbed off! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

John and Danny arrived early morning during the heatwave and got straight to work. It took them the expected time even in the heat, we are very pleased with the kennels and our Rottweilers are loving them. They’re build to very high quality which is exactly what we needed as we’ve had trouble with other kennels/crates where our dogs have gotten out. Would highly recommend spending the extra money for quality kennels and these men put a lot of work into buying them from scratch.
Thankyou both for getting them up especially on the hottest day of the year!

I’ve had my composite eco kennels from Benchmark for just over a month now, and they’ve been fantastic. They’re really easy to clean, and the rooms maintain a nice cool temperature, which has been brilliant in the current heat!

Everyone I’ve interacted with at Benchmark has been friendly, professional, and really informative - from sales right through to delivery and installation.

A massive thank you to Jordan (Sales), Ash (Logistics), John, Danny, and Shaun (Installers) for all your help.

I’d highly recommend Benchmark Kennels.

Very pleased with my new Benchmark kennel it’s exactly what I wanted. Both Aiden and Brogan worked extremely hard in the heat and managed to fit the kennel perfectly in the space, was a bit tight!
Highly recommend Benchmark, start to finish fantastic.

I liaised with Jordan back and forth for many days, making sure that the right kennel was ordered for my GSD. Jordan was extremely patient and helpful with the entire process, swapping sketches and measurements, giving me full confidence in this product. The kennel was built by John and Danny, who were also super lovely and very efficient. My boy loves his kennel, thank you.

Still waiting for a part to be switched as promised though almost 6 months on… slightly frustrating. No reply to messages either :/ Aftercare not so fabulous.
