First and foremost, please accept my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. We genuinely value all our customers and their experiences, and I am truly sorry if we fell short of your expectations.
Regarding your order, as priority processing was not selected, it entered our standard dispatch queue. During our busy New Year sales period, processing times can take up to 7 business days. I can confirm your order was processed on 22nd January, just 4 business days after it was placed, and dispatched on 24th January, within the advertised timeframe.
Delivery through our free standard service can take up to 4 business days from dispatch. In this case, your order arrived on 25th January, just one day after dispatch, which is well within the expected timeframe for standard delivery.
Your review mentions "no product" and "no refund," but as your order has now been successfully delivered, and you have not requested a return, a refund is not applicable at this stage. We would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly update your review to reflect that your order was delivered on the same day your feedback was left.

Overall good value for money, good range of products.
I have ordered twice from this company and overall happy with the experience. The delivery is free but can take a little longer than expected although if you need it quicker they do give you an option to pay to expedite the shipping (although I can't say how effective that service is as I haven't tried it). The quality of the items received is very good and they have sales and offers frequently which make the products better value for money. I would definitely buy from this company again. They have a good range of products if a little eclectic, but I will have occasion to buy from them again in the future.

Fantastic price, service and quality of product.
My wife bought me a 6 draw tool chest which i love.
It is well made and comes with 2 keys, the directions for assembly which is minimal were easy to follow, i put it all together in under 1 hour, I have no problem at all in recommending this company and there products.

Likes price and free delivery though stated claims of rapid dispatch slightly misleading.
Update. Customer service response is very good via messenger. Their courier seems to have issues with delivery as I was informed by DHF that they had lost my item. I asked for a refund which they were processing, and then out of the blue, the item arrived. They honoured a small discount for the hassle. I’ve yet to build the item but if you can accept a relatively small delay then they are recommended.

What a surprise..
I was skeptical about ordering from here just because i had never heard of the company and it was a Advertisement on Facebook. I am shook, from the paying process to delivery, my item was delivered in just over 24hrs and it wasn’t the smallest parcel. I got one of the gazebos (on sale), it’s a day perfect!!! 😍 i’m so in love with the product, no missing parts or broken pieces and was really simple to put together, definitely gave my garden the finishing touch, i just can’t believe the quality for the price.
