The bikes are gorgeous and well made. The seats are very hard and will probably switch it out. I have always wanted Nakto womens 26' E-bike and on the site it says sold out. Rep did not know when they were coming back in ( chat online). It is very tideous to get someone online chat and you have to wait days for a reply. Once you get a reply than it is very respectful and courteous. Once you buy a bike you will get a personal email from the owner dusty and he will ask you to reply back with any questions and well when I did I asked about the E-bike and that I ended up going with a Evryjourney bike but my heart has always been set on the e-bike. So my reply was from a Alejandro and not the owner dusty which makes me think its a robo blanket email that is sent out to everyone once you buy a bike. The other rep did say I can return no matter what and will have to pay the difference for the other bike. So we will see what happens. So far its been an ok experience. The bike is very pretty and you can tell very well made

Fantastic customer service! If you’re not 100% happy with your bicycle even 6 months after your purchase they will refund or exchange your purchase. No questions asked, they want their customers to be totally happy with their purchase.

The bike was easy to order and was shipped and delivered quickly, however the design of the bike is flawed. The body is very short. I calculated for a man who is 6'2", the bike peddles are too close to the tire. When the tires are turned his feet hit the tires. Poor design and i am looking into getting a refund and returning the bike.

So far so good, delivered as promised. This is a Christmas present and haven't opened the box yet, I have someone coming to put my granddaughter's bike together but I'm not expected any problems - they have been wonderful so far!

I had the option of purchasing from Amazon or Beach Bikes and definitely chose Beach Bikes, due to great customer service and the shipping was as fast as Amazon Prime. Their customer service reviews sold me... can't wait to ride my new bike.

While appeared to be quality product when purchased, bike is average at best. Save the premium.

As soon as I purchased my son’s bike online I received an email straight away. I also had a phone call from Beachbikes Letting me know the bike was available for collection. Fantastic service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and my son loves his new bike. Would highly recommend buying your next bike from here!!

I found the bike to be wonderful but my only complaint is the front reflector was supposed to come with 2 washers to attach the reflector to the front of the bike. My problem is mine only came with one so I don’t have it.
