This is the first time I have used the company. They were a referral from a family member. They had the battery I needed and it arrived within a few days of ordering. It is working great!

Is it the Correct Battery Charger?
The battery charger I purchased was advertised for the Kodak M580 EasyShare camera. When I received the product, the battery in my camera had 3 contact points, while the battery charger had only two inside. I am not sure this is the correct charger for the batteries that fit my camera. I have no complaint with speed and ease of ordering the product and the shipping. I received the item in very quick time. I'm just not sure that this is the battery charger for the batteries that fit my camera. I will have to inquire further on this matter with a Customer Service Rep at BatteryHeads. Perhaps comments will be forthcoming.

Bad Experience
I have an older macbook pro that the battery had gone out and I was looking for a replacement. I found Batteryheads though an online search and wanted to use their site. I found what I was looking for then submitted and order one late Friday night. Well when Saturday came around I realized I ordered the wrong one and immediately sent an email to cancel may order. Just for safe measures I also called first thing monday morning and talked to a live person to make sure the order was cancelled which they said they did and was told the refund would be issued in the next few days. So I waited and by thursday my refund had not gone through so I decided to ask again which they said they had issued a refund. Well it is 5 days after my last inquiry and the refund is still not there. This has caused some bank problems needless to say. Anyhow I hope to see my refund soon.

If you haven't called your merchant bank, please do so immediately to inquire about the status of your refund. Your refund was issued on Thursday morning if the full amount of your order. Each merchant bank has their own policies about how long they will take to post transactions, so you will need to contact them and find out how much longer they will take to credit your account.
