Still haven’t received the £350 bathroom tv from them (not there fault as delivery driver left it on front drive) but not had any response since Thursday so had to use a bigger tv from my next job and had to make whole in customers wall bigger as bigger tv at my expense or lose the job
ALL SORTED NOW TO A HAPPY CONCLUSION

EDIT/UPDATE - Since contacting Jason who responded to my inital review, his help and communication has been excellent. Long story short, I now have a working tv!...fingers crossed it lasts! I will not hesitate to contact him directly again if I have any further issues and as stated in my original review the tv itself is great and now the communication issue is also resolved I have now changed to 5*. Thank you Jason!

ORIGINAL REVIEW - Bought the tv in December as had my bathroom redone. Was so excited about it. Had it installed no problem and the tv in itself is fabulous....when it works! Very quickly the tv started having issues, wouldnt turn on and when it did would go to an hdmi blank screen everytime I pressed a button on remote. Tried contacting company but could never get through so just went online and bought a new remote. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem. In fact, I now just have 2 none working remotes. Again, I tried to contact company but no luck. Got a local tv engineer to come and have a look and he couldn't work out the problem as everything was set up/installed as it should be. Managed to finally get through to the company and spoke to a woman who took my email address and said somebody would be in touch....that was in Janauary and still not heard a thing and still no working tv! I'm sure ive just been unlucky as like I said the tv when working is fabulous and the other reviews look great which is why Ive not gone any lower than 3 stars but Im just absolutely gutted and frustrated :-(

Just received my bathroom TV. Looks excellent. Delivery was excellent as promised within 2 days of order. As its going into my new house I haven't installed it yet. I needed sizes before wall was tiled. So hopefully all works. I read the installation instructions, very simple to install etc

Ordered a 19" Smart Mirror TV, I called beforehand to ask a couple of questions before placing the order and spoke to someone who was able to answer every question I had which was great.

Item was delivered very quickly and was well packaged. Haven't installed it yet but have given it a quick test and it looks and sounds great - connected to the WIFI with no issues which was a big requirement of mine.

Glad I made the decision to buy this one after many hours of research.
Bathroom TV's are rare, to say the least, so finding the right one wasn't easy.

We purchased the 19” smart bathroom Tv.
The picture quality is great and it sounds really good too.
The controller is not easy to understand and it was left to our teenager to work out how to connect the the wifi and download the necessary apps.
To navigate Netflix is a bit complicated and the blue button changes it to mouse mode. This was not advised anywhere.
Purchased for hubby and he is now happy.
We downloaded Spotify and he has adjusted the base!!! Happy bunny. Little things ……

Certain areas could improve but it’s definitely worth the money

In mixed minds with this company. We have had the TV for about 10 months now with a couple of minor issues with the remote that were readily fixed, and a couple of major issues, the first where the tv was struggling to pick up the wifi strength through the tiled walls, and the second where a key part of the tv stopped working. I didn’t find customer services very helpful or knowledgeable about potential solutions to the first issue which was resolved by our decorator. The second issue was hugely frustrating and took 4 months to sort out due to the company’s insistence at dealing with all correspondence via email. Which is fine in principle but in practice, it just didn’t work given every email appeared to be dealt with by different people (but they never tell you the name of who is responding to your email), each of whom had no real knowledge of the history of the situation. I kept asking for a named individual who could coordinate their investigation and responses and they kept ignoring that request. Every time I rang up asking to have a telephone conversation with someone from the technical team I was told they were unavailable to take a call. The issue did get sorted in the end but it was just highly frustrating and I was left without a tv for a few months when a couple of telephone calls could have resolved it. The tv is ok for the price but because of my poor customer service experience
I’m afraid I wouldn’t use this company again.

Just to add that I’m pleasantly surprised by the company’s response here if they have indeed made those changes. That is a reasonable response I feel, thank you.

We purchased a tv from bathroom tv a watervue model. After just over a year the remote wasn't working. We ordered a new remote but still no joy. We found online the contact for the service department & what can we say. Well their customer service is 10/10 we was delt with via email and in the end discovered that we had purchased the wrong replacement remote. They sent us a different remote with a returns envelope for the wrong one and now everything is sorted. We can highly recommend their bathroom tv as it's a spectacular piece of equipment. It's a awesome addition to our already stunning bathroom. We must admit we was disappointed when we experienced an issue after a short time but like we said their customer service was excellent. We cant fault them and we're so glad we bought our bathroom tv from them

Great to watch TV in the bath in peace! Also makes the kids want to have a bath!!
Very happy with the product, easy to use, very safe and has all the apps we need.
Had it fitted into wall flush with tiles so also looks great.

Terrible company.
I really don't like giving bad reviews but I had a very bad experience with this company:
I ordered a replacement remote control for a bathroom TV (code WVRC02 if you're interested!!). They sent a different one to that pictured on their website (which wasn't compatible with my TV). Phoned to return it. They said they would send out the return packaging, but I'd have to re-order the correct one.
So I did that (specifically checking that they'd send out the one actually shown on their website) and they assured me they would.
So the new remote control arrives - SAME ONE AS BEFORE!! (and no packaging to return the first one!!).
So now I have paid for 2 remotes, neither of which are any use!!!!!
Eventually got refunded after 4 months of constant phonecalls and emails.

Can't really knock it I got a 24" TV mirror works fine only negative is the navigation of the apps as its not as easy as a smart TV

After being contacted by bathroom TV all of my issues have been resolved and a positive outcome has been agreed.

I purchased a 24 inch smart mirror tv. It is fantastic! It came with step by step instructions to install Netflix for anyone who isn't tech savy.
The built in sound is great and is very clear even when flush in the tiles. The picture is fantastic quality. I just have my mirror light on when watching.
I have a sky Q box in my bedroom so I opted for wireless connection and used the connection from the sky box and it is great. There is an option to install a direct connector to the router, Mine would have been too far away but that wasn't a problem for me as I opted for a wireless connection anyway.
The navigation is fine once you get used to it, you just press the blue button on and off to switch between the mouse and scroller.
Netflix was already downloaded I just had to sign in. I downloaded disney plus myself which was very simple, it was a case of going on the app store. Once you sign in it keeps you signed in for next time which was a relief.
Overall I am so glad I purchased this TV it looks great and sounds great. Delivery was as expected. I wish I could upload pictures.

Great tv, i did need to get a wifi booster to get connection in area of the house the tv was but it works perfectly.
