Very expensive. Old technology posing as smart tv. Feel conned

Product was exactly as described and arrived quickly. I would use again with confidence.

Further to my earlier review, an issue arose with the TV I purchased in October and after I contacted the Customer Service team with details of the fault, they immediately arranged for a courier to collect it (at no charge to me) and have it sent back to the technical team for repair.

I’ve been regularly updated throughout on when the TV would be repaired by and when it would be sent back to me and it arrived today - a day earlier than I was promised - in as immaculate a condition as when I first took delivery. The faulty motherboard has now been replaced and the TV installed back in my bathroom, sounding absolutely superb.

Faults do sometimes occur with electrical products, which can’t be helped, and aftersales support really is important when they do. Five stars to Bathroom TV for how they managed this issue - I really can’t recommend them enough.

Tv came carefully packed, struggled to initially set it up and it took a couple of attempts to get it sorted by someone. Quality looks great and the 19” size will look fab. Excellent price too. Can’t wait to get it installed.

Second time buying from this company, cannot fault them.

TV arrived well packaged and protected. Connected up and delivers a good quality picture with better than expected sound quality. The item is well made and hosts a variety of features that more expensive TVs probably don’t !

TV arrived and screen cracked, not great!

Bought the 24” mirror smart Tv for my new bathroom. Really happy I went for the larger size as it’s lovely size to watch your programmes on. Kids love it also. It’s just short of the width of a 70cm wide bath and so it looks in keeping and not too big. Definitely recommend this size.
We used a HDMI lead to connect a SkyQ box to the TV and use a Bluetooth Sky Remote (call sky to purchase) so we can use the sky box whilst it in the cupboard out the way.

The remote for the TV was faulty upon installation but I emailed them at 11pm and received a remote on the post two days later. What amazing service.

Friendly people on email, and will recommend and buy again when I have too.

The good - Great picture and sound (even when inset in tiled wall, without external speakers connected)

The bad - Even though the 'Smart TV' bundle includes an Amazon Fire Stick, it is not possible to sync the fire stick remote to control the power and volume controls on Watervue TVs. I've contacted support and they confirmed that it isn't possible.

Perfect, a real quality item for a very reasonable price. The tv looks great in our bathroom and combined with a firestick we can watch all our favourite channels.

Excellent product, accurate descriptions and good delivery

Good customer service, easy to install volume could be better would be 5 stars if it came with speakers

Fantastic tv. Quick delivery and very happy with this purchase.

Had the TV about 8 months, remote all of a sudden stopped working. Company sent out a new one as my TV was still under warranty and this has fortunately resolved the issue. I just wonder how long this remote will work for as it seems to be a common issue people are having, and out of warranty costs £25.

Can download various apps such as catch up TV which you need to press the blue button on the remote to enable the remote to be used as a mouse with these apps. I didnt know this until reading other reviews.

Good TV and looks great, electrician found it easy to install. I have the mirrored version. Doesn't steam or cloud and the sound is really good.

I just feel uneasy about the rate at which I'll need replacement remote controls if this issue persists.
