I placed an order on the 1st December and paid extra for express delivery as I needed one of the items for a friend’s birthday. 6 days on, I have not received my order and have been left very disappointed as I was not able to give my friend her present on her birthday. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Warning this company are truly awful. I’m in Australia and ordered from them and they took my money and never sent my parcel. I gave them my full postage address they claim they sent the parcel but left my building number AND my street address off the shipping label. They refused to send me any tracking details to provide evidence they sent it or help locate it. They would not provide me a refund, their customer service was so awful. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and they were able to assist me in getting refunded. I would avoid this company completely, they will take your money and won’t deliver.

Shockingly expensive prices that I agreed to pay for SOAP, but still haven’t received 2 weeks later. No update, no nothing. Will never order from this site again. Guess I’m back to ordering from Amazon, at least you get your order.

Great customer service. I received my item damaged (due to mishandling by the delivery provider). I was worried it was going to be a pain to get this resolved. Unfortunately unable to get the item replaced due to stock issues so it has caused me some inconvenience. However, it was resolved as best it could. Relatively quick responses via email for a company I imagine has a small team. I wouldn't hesitate to order again in the future as it's good to have this reassurance.

Bought a variety of items and happy with them all. Delivery was quite slow and one item had leaked a little. Other than this, I was happy with my purchase.

Ordering process to delivery time excellent.

Unfortunately, while I was really looking forward to receiving my product, it did not arrive and while I tried multiple times to contact customer service, not a single reply was given. I just want a refund so I can order the product elsewhere!

EDIT: Bath&Unwind has responded and I hope the order is resolved soon.

Love the St Eval candles and this was a very good offer. The candles arrived well packed and very quickly. A very good service

Some of the products were bought as presents. The foot cream is working well. The delivery was quick, trouble free and everything was in good condition.

Plenty of choice,good brands and bargain prices

Another company with NO customer service - no phone number, no instant chat. So if you want to return something you have to email them and then wait days for a reply. I received something that had expired so they are selling old stock
