Bass Centre delivered an excellent bass at a great price. The guitar arrived in excellent condition, was nicely set up and even in tune. I was a touch concerned during shipping as the updates didn't quite match where the instrument actually was. However, the the gentleman at the depot called the driver so I could directly collect my bass rather than wait for it to be processed.

I have been a customer of Bass Centre for years and probably bought close to 20 basses from them, and in each and every instance I received exactly as described and expected. Superb customer service and these guys are a joy to deal with.

I ordered the Hofner 500/1. I received it in just a couple of days. Very happy. Exactly what I was expecting. They re-strung the bass as requested. Sounds and plays beautifully.
