I could not fault the experience. Had c with Barrett’s Ashford. Tim was very understanding of my situation and made sure that the Countryman was the right car for me. Once again we experienced excellent service from Barrett’s Honda in Canterbury. Part exchanging our Jazz was done professionally and with ease. We always feel very confident with the excellent sales service provided. Flynn the salesman who dealt with our purchase was professional in all aspects of the process. This is not our first time purchasing a car through Barrett’s, which goes to show how happy we are with all aspects of the Barrett’s business.

I had a couple of minor issues with my new XE Barratts collected my car carried out the repairs cleaned my car returned it n time with a jag bag and a couple of goodies excellent service

Thanks to the Barretts team for changing my Summer/Winter tyres. Angela on Customer Services especially was a great liaison with the workshop to ensure the storage of my Summer tyres for a further period, very helpful and cheerful person and I appreciated her assistance.

Great service from the moment I arrived until I left the staff were very helpful. Even managing to sort out some technical issues between my phone and the I drive system which for two years I hadn’t managed to get sorted. I highly recommend Barrats BMW and will now use them in future over my nearer BMW retailer.

Car was booked in for warranty repairs and MOT and all was done to timetable and Mark in Service was very good at keeping in touch with updates. Would give him the 4stars. Car was picked up and delivered which was helpful and brought back nice and clean and all working etc.

Found the service team at Ashford to be very helpful and interface with updates and questions to help narrow down the cause of the issue with Sophie was very good. Great communication and customer service. I felt very well looked after.
