Shameful amount of packaging used for one tiny product
I wrote to bare minerals that my order hadn’t arrived in the two days that I paid extra postage for. They immediately refunded my postage and it arrived today. This wasn’t down to bare minerals but Evri who hadn’t delivered it on time. Brilliant customer service from bare minerals. Thank you.

Unfortunately my package didn’t arrive and is assumed lost en route.
Bare Minerals replied to my email within 24 hours and offered me replacements or refund. I asked for refund as reordered through a BM stockist. Refund is in my account 48 hours later.
Shocking customer service, placed the order and still not been processed poor communication. Why take orders if you can’t process them.
You email and receive a generic response unhelpful.

Ordered foundation powder from their UK website, smooth process. However because they use Evri as a courier, my package got lost between them dispatching from their warehouse and Evri delivering it to me, so it never arrived. Spoke to their CS person, and she apologised and refunded me my money very quickly, no complaints there. She mentioned that it had definitely left their warehouse, but as for what Evri did with it, she couldn't tell me.
Please consider using another courier for your delivery service, especially considering your products are not cheap, it's really a shame to have it lost with a courier who just doesn't care.
I was a bareMinerals fan until I had a problem with one of their products. Their products are high quality and I thought their customer service would match but was disappointed.
I had been using the bareMinerals powder foundation for many years - it's light and discreet, but doesn't always do the job. Went to a bareMinerals counter at the airport and asked for advice for something a tad stronger, and they recommended (and sold) a liquid foundation. I'm not sure if it's faulty or just a terrible product - it doesn't blend and spurts out, causing me to bleach several shirts.
I got in touch and asked if I could send it in for a replacement (I've hardly used any of it), but was told that the customer service can only help with orders placed online. What about the many retailers that sell them? Who actually have bareMinerals employees? It seems a lazy way to not have to deal with complaints. Funnily enough, the shade I bought the foundation is is not available on the website (not out of stock, simply unavailable).
A disappointing experience from a brand I have been loyal to. Won't buy again.
I enquired about a shade match via email and received a reply almost straight away which was great enabling me to purchase what I needed that day.
Quick to respond to initial enquiries about products with lots of information to make choices about products. Also provided a welcome discount code on first purchase with free delivery. Can't ask more than that.
this is the second time in two months this has occurred: via the website I tried to order products and via an email was told I had over 2000 points to redeem. The website had only 150 points, not even counting that I had previously ordered something that told me I had earned over 900 points. The customer service rep would not or could not solve the issue and said I would receive help in 3-5 business days. However, I had bene promised a communication when I called them a few months ago about an inability to order. They said they would call back then. No response ever came, so this time I expect the same: crickets. I get the impression they just sit back and collect cash with no consideration regarding how this impacts future business.
I emailed Bareminerals customer service to get some help finding out when some products would be back in stock. I had a quick reply from Shaf who kindly gave me some alternative options including the correct colours for my skin and a recommendation for another bareminerals supplier i could try. Great customer service. Thanks.

I have been buying bareMinerals make for 15 years and recently my lasting liner pencil is damaged and it was a gift and they are not willing to do anything. Poor service. No one picks up the phone.
I have been using bare minerals for several years. I knew there were problems getting the products for several months but heard about another company buying them out and they had a change over which is why the products are coming in slow.
I read up today about its misleading brand - containing something that is harmful to health - PFA. Google will show you all the info.
Disappointed with the mislead, I brought this because I thought it was safe and natural. Never question when I broke out as I put it all down to hormones. Now I am not so sure?!

Bare Minerals are currently facing a class action lawsuit in the States for misleading customers (including those of us here in the U.K.) into thinking the product was safe and free from harmful chemicals. I am disgusted to learn that this “ethical” brand, that trades on its reputation as non toxic, added PFA chemicals to some of its products that could have damaged the health of millions of people. I can’t add a link here but a quick Google will provide evidence.
In honesty I always found the customer service to range from surly to non existent (I complained about poor packaging that resulted in spoilage and it was shrugged off). They were also constantly under stocked at key locations, but the piece of mind I had from knowing the product was high quality made the trawl worthwhile. They lied to us, so avoid!
I just received the Pro compact bare minerals 16 hour I ordered. It arrived totally broken and in pieces. I had read reviews saying since the talc was taken out this had happened to few other people. Wish I hadn't bought now as cost me £26. Total waste of money. This did not happen to last one I bought. Very disappointed as now it can't be used.
