Stickers were great. Good material and colors were exactly what I was looking for. One thing that could be improved on is that the sticker could come with transfer paper so it could be applied easier.

In this case, the colors selected for your flags included a lighter background with white printing, which can naturally result in lower visibility; the product was produced as per the approved design. For future orders, we would recommend choosing a darker background when using white text to ensure better contrast and readability. That said, your feedback will certainly be considered to improve our communication and overall experience.

Paid £35 for fast track delivery which allowed for three days and didn’t receive my order! No communication and no way to contact them and £60 quid out of pocket!

Beautiful Custom Golf Flags, Received Early!
The timeframe was tight for the custom 2-sided golf flags I ordered as a gift. I uploaded 3 photographs and placed my order with an estimated arrival date one day after the birthday (I didn't want to pay for expedited shipping). It took about 24 hours before I was comfortable with the artwork I received for my approval, delaying the order further. Banner Buzz came through in a stellar way! I received the order one day BEFORE the birthday and they look awesome! I was concerned about bleed-thru on a 2-sided flag, but my photos are printed on two layers of fabric so both sides look fantastic. They look so good that my husband doesn't even want to put them outside where they may deteriorate in the sun and wind! I am a very happy customer!

Good website, slow delivery, bad customer service
The website was good and easy to use. They claim to have a real person review your design before printing it. I paid extra for that. They never contacted me, but it did come out as planned. I would leave a higher review if it weren't for the fact that the delivery was 6 days late even though I paid for express shipping. I contacted them but they did not return my inquiry.

Easy to order, horrible after that

I received notice that order was ready for review and that it was on hold. there was no artwork for my biz card (missing) and my business card design was represented on the 1'x10' banner :( customer service: hung up after long hold, many phone calls later, and waiting for return calls, i was able to cancel order. they tried to give me store credit but i tripled down "cancel and refund to original payment". i received cancelation confirmation. told to wait up to 7 days for cc refund. day 2, no refund yet. still hopeful but will not be reordering. ***update: received full refund-***

Bannerbuzz made my project easy and it looks great!
Working with Bannerbuzz was easy and an overall good experience. I had only a 2-sided, 4-color bookmark to print, but my contact was attentive, responsive and helpful. The finished product is excellent. My past work includes lots of print and print production experience when working with ad agencies and in house marketing departments, so I am a bit picky with printed pieces. However, I was very pleased with the print job, price, turnaround time, and product quality. I would not hesitate to use Bannerbuzz for future projects.

Great banner, but terrible with shipping
The banner tuned out great ! Fantastic quality for the amount I paid. My big issue was I paid for Priority Shipping and it did not arrive by then. I was worried I wasn't going to get the banner in time for my event. Luckily, it did arrive a few days prior. But then I got ripped off for shipping. My recommendation is don't pay extra for faster shipping cuz it is shipping from India. I read that they won't refund you the shipping cost cuz the banner was still delivered.
4 stars for the banner quality though.
