Product looked great and I love that they cross check and get approval showing what the final product will look like before printing. We also loved that the turnaround time was very quick.

Great way to print custom stickers for my Paddleboard

Great way to print custom stickers for my paddleboard. Image Resolution is great. 3M adhesive is great. Turnaround time is professional. Communication is professional. This is not like an Amazon 2 day order but well worth the time.

I ordered stickers last Feb 23 and…

I ordered stickers last Feb 23 and paid priority shipping that supposedly be delivered 03/04. I don’t mind paying priority because i really needed it ASAP. Ive contacted them via chat on their website on the 3rd of March to ask for the tracking number because im not getting any updates, then they sent me a tracking via Fedex. The tracking was in New Delhi, i didn’t mind because im giving them a benefit of a doubt that it will change the next day. I checked on the 4th and still in N.D. I waited the whole day and no item was delivered. 03/05 i kept calling them but nobody is answering so i chatted again and Samuel P. is the one i chatted with. Been asking about my item and he just told me his team will reach me 24-48 hours. After our conversation, i got a text message saying it’s been shipped. So in the afternoon, i chatted him again and he said not to worry because they are already doing something about my complaint. Law and behold, i got another text message saying it’s been delivered. 🤣 I checked again my mailbox just to see if delivered but see the time and date of their text… it’s all the same day!!! I mean guys, you could have just told me the truth instead of giving me more proof of the lies of this company.

I ordered some labels- 3 times they confirmed details and still got it wrong.

I ordered some labels. I sent an image of what I wanted including the die cut lines for them so they knew exactly what I wanted the label to be printed as. They paused production about 4 times through the whole process and even called me once from India (yes they are based in India, not Ontario) and I spend 20 mins on the phone with them explaining what I wanted and that I wanted them to MAKE sure the print area is exactly what I have listed. When I finally received my labels they completely ignored my multiple requests to make sure the edge of the labels were tight to the lines (which they sent back to me twice confirming where the label edges would be and still my label has a huge border around it and is 2/3 of the size it should be. I cannot use this. Thankfully I did a test order to see if it could match what I was getting done in China so it was only about $15. I paid it but I cancelled my next order for a much larger amount since I know it will likely come unusable. I cant believe they confirmed 3 times with me and still did it wrong. I was trying to find a local Canadian company so I was not outsourcing to China but no one can do it small labels here. My second order is also running about 2 weeks late and it is not even in production yet so I asked to cancel it today before it goes to production. Maybe they make some good products but one person does not seem to know what the other is doing and what one tells you the next one responds something completely different. For a very simple project perhaps but unfortunately I was disappointed and I cannot use what I purchased.

** I ended up receiving my second order today even though it still says in design and I thought it was not moving so I tried to cancel it. Fortunately it is exactly as I asked for so I have updated my review adding another star. I think they have some room to improve and I think you need to see a sample before you approve the final order but the second order was correct and on time even if the site says its not ready. They have also reached out to me about this so I will respect the service side.

⚠️ Customer WARNING – My Current Experience with BannerBuzz
I want to share my experience to warn others before ordering from BannerBuzz.
I ordered a banner for an event and approved the artwork. Within a few hours, I contacted the company to cancel the order because the event was suddenly cancelled due to international travel disruptions related to the current situation affecting travel to Dubai.
The banner has not been shipped, and I reached out within the same day of confirming the order. However, the company is refusing to cancel the order or provide a full refund, claiming the banner had already moved into production.
Instead of a full refund, they offered to return only 10% even though the item had not been delivered and I have no use for it.
From a customer perspective, this feels very unfair. When an order is cancelled so quickly and the item hasn’t even been shipped, you would expect a company to show flexibility and understanding—especially when the cancellation is due to circumstances completely outside the customer’s control.
Customers should be aware that once you approve artwork, your order may go straight into production and you may not be able to cancel or receive a full refund, even if you contact them shortly after.
Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
I hope the company will reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future.

Horrible customer service

Don’t buy from this company if you expect good customer service or any contact at all! I made an order and after they took my money I realized the delivery date was not going to work. When I asked to cancel and get a refund they ghosted me. Put in tickets only for them to be closed with no communication as to why. Their chat agent just kept saying someone will get back to you within 24 hrs which never happens. Emails go unanswered and calling is just as useless. Horrible company!

Poor Quality and Customer Service

They are unresponsive and do not stand behind their products. When my table cover arrived it did not meet what I expected. After at least 6 interactions including multiple photos sent, they continue to ask for more pictures and videos. Very disappointing customer service experience. I would not do business with them again. BEWARE! if you have a problem.

"Your artwork contains some parts with the same color shade (refer to the crop shot) that are very faint and may blend during printing. Kindly confirm." The order was processed based on the approval received for the final proof.

We can see that a chargeback has already been filed, and our team will respond accordingly. Unfortunately, once a chargeback is initiated, the system does not allow us to take further action or provide a resolution directly. Kindly contact your financial institution for further updates. However, we will certainly take your feedback regarding our service into consideration to improve the overall customer experience.

Low res images were improved by their graphics guys

They found that the images I supplied for printing were low resolution. Their graphics designer improved the resolution.
There is one suggestion. The thumbnail pics for my review & approval are too small to see any details. But they want a final approval. I asked for a 2nd, larger pic and they provided it. In the future, it would be best to provide the customer a pic large enough to see the details & resolution.

I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED with this company or product! As a theatre, posters can be quite costly, but we are able to send artwork in and get FABULOUS heavy-duty posters for our windows! The process is so easy, the delivery is super fast, the quality could not be better, and the cost is very affordable for our non-profit! I get excited with every shipment!

I placed an order (that’s supposed to…

I placed an order (that’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow) so I canceled it because there was a formatting issue on my end. I have asked 4 times to cancel the order through the website and 2 through email. They will not refund my money and just keep sending repetitive emails asking if I’m sure I want to cancel. Do no recommend.

Disappointment in table cover

What I received for the price point was a complete disappointment. Cover wasn't custom size I requested, it is too big for the table. It is also so thin I will be surprised it is water resistant. It is virturally useless

If I could select 0 Stars...I…

If I could select 0 Stars...I would....worst customer service I've ever found! Tried calling for over a week without anyone answering...finally got someone on the line from India....only to be told design wouldn't talk to me...had to go through calendar meet online. Tried that several times...last reschedule, they never sent me a link...now when I go back to resched...all times are overnight! Have a simple job that I described in detail only to get a design that paid no attention to my requests. Been trying to speak with someone about changes for nearly two weeks without getting any closer to resolving! MISERY!!!

SIZING is TERRIBLE

SIZING is TERRIBLE. I normally wear XL, so I ordered two shirts in XL—the same size I buy in stores. They were too small. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered two more in XXL. On arrival, the only thing that changed was numbers on the size tag—not the fit. I couldn’t even button the collar. Incredibly, the XXL was tighter than the XL. Unless you don’t have other options, AVOID these guys or order knowing full well that there is no guarantee that what you order will fit.
