The engineer, Simon, was polite and courteous. In addition he was sensitive to my situation having lost my husband last year. He got the work done with the least amount of disruption which I appreciated.

Ade came to help my mum and I with signal issues for our new BT tv. He was incredibly friendly and helpful from the start which was brilliant for my mum. He pulled out all the stops to make sure we had the best experience and results possible and can't thank him enough for his work.

Fantastic customer service from Ade. He gave us alternative ideas for location of aerial and cable route and then carried out the work with no issues. Also a lovely guy!

Had an aerial fitting booked. The company from start to finish had amazing customer service! The lady on reception called and kept me up to date and they was easy to get hold of when I needed to make a change to the appointment! Super easy to do business with!
Ade fitted the aerial and he was amazing! Did a great job, helped us set up the tv afterwards and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right!
