Excellent service, product and staff. The best.

Ordered new interior doors from Swansea timber and Ply. Jeremy was brilliant from start to finish, really helpful, regular updates on the order, helped with selecting all the hardware etc. Delivery was prompt and the delivery driver (didn't catch his name) was friendly and helpful. We had a slight problem with one of the doors which was dealt with quickly by Jon and Jeremy. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Swansea timber & ply again. The doors have transformed our home!!

I recently purchased the safety stash candle and was very disappointed with my purchase....
The item its self was packged ok, but once I opened the box and removed the wrapping the candle became very unstainble and i noticed it had 2big cracks running through it. I've lost all interest it and believe it now nolonger serves its purpose.. As the slightest touch starts it cracking again

Quick (<24hrs) delivery of shelf supports for broken kitchen unit - exactly as described and cheaper (item plus P&P) than anything on Amazon and eBay. Will be buying again!

Needed replacement hinges for a Sharps fitted wardrobe. Was really struggling until I noticed a reference on Swansea Timber & Plywood's website. Delivery was prompt and great communication by email all the way through. Although not identical to the original hinges they fitted perfectly and I managed to rehang the door myself. Very happy customer!

What a fantastic find.
I was struggling to find a supplier of a chalky paint - am still waiting for an eBay order to arrive. Found these good people on line, ordered yesterday and paint arrived this afternoon.
Now, I'm in Surrey not Swansea, so was amazed.
I called and thanked the staff and felt compelled to write a review.
