Had a brilliant trip Bansko Ski
Had a brilliant trip. Steve, the resort rep, was super helpful and made sure to give enough information without being intrusive.
Parlkands hotel was fine. Clean, close to gondola, had spar facilities.bbf9od was fairly basic. I found it all really tasty if Luke warm.
Ski hire was great. Ski school was enjoyable but be super clear with the instructor sorting you intongrpups about you ability level gettingbplaced in tue wrong group could be a bit of a negative.
I did the sofia tour on my last day.and glad that i did but probably wouldn't don't again. A little more free time in Sofia before heading to the airport would have been good.

Enjoyed my stay
The hotel was modern, clean and had a nice feel about it. Would stay again. A minor issue… there was only one coffee machine that served all the restaurant which was placed right beside the doors to the kitchen. The queue was at times 8 to10 deep and was in the way of the restaurant staff and other residents getting their breakfast. To get your coffee, it could take at least 10 minutes. Please could the coffee machine be moved and have 2 machines in use?
