The experience of ordering went through the third time. I had placed the first 2 with no feedback from my bank or PayPal. Fortunately, my 95 year old mother was prepared for a week of snow and received the cake before the snow arrived. No one called her to say the cake arrived.
Customer service issues like these are easily remedied for such a great bakery.

Birthday Cake across the miles!
I am very thankful to have the opportunity to send my son a cake across the country for his birthday! It arrived on the expected day, which was so nice. I am not sure of the taste, my son just said it was “fine”… maybe he ate a piece while it was still very cold. Shipping costs seemed a little high and I wasn’t sure of the meaning of ”next day” or “second day”, but all is well and he received a little bit of home for his birthday while living so far away from family. Being able to track my order was also nice!

I ordered a birthday cake for my father-in-law, he was disappointed in the texture and taste of the cake. It was gritty. Also, there was no icing on the top of the cake or on the sides would not recommend this for anybody! Extremely disappointed

Cake was rated. a 7 out of 10, flavor unremarkable, slightly dry.
Cream in the middle of the cake was heaven +10, butter cream frosting on the outside of the cake waa inedible, scraped it off.

Holiday order disappointment
I ordered two pies for Christmas Eve dinner dessert. The key lime was horrible and got tossed. The meringue topping was squished flat, the pie was the texture of hummus. Way too much sugar and the pie was very tiny for the price. Never again. We have not been brave enough to try the second one, strawberry rhubarb. It’s very small as well, $60 and $52each plus shipping $45.98. It would have been better to go to the local grocery store. I thought I was ordering something truly very special. Not!

Cake arrived 3 hours past estimated delivery time, but upon opening cooler, it was still at an adequately chilled temperature and in good condition. Hummingbird cake was moist and delicious!

I ordered 2 cakes to 2 different addresses. The one at 5240 Woodbury Hills Ave in Parma Ohio was TERRIBLE! Looks like it was dropped and kicked . The photo is unrecognizable. I give 1 star just so I can write this review. I'm going to every social media platform there is with my complaint. There are several like mine, and they don't seem to care.
