I am appalled by your customer service. I’m really disappointed that you can’t be bothered to mail me back even after 3 weeks of trying to contact your team. The one time I was able to get a response from someone named Pamela was nearly 2 weeks ago, she asked about my order number and didn’t get back to me since then . I need answers on my order or my money back. The way you guys are going about this is extremely unprofessional. It's all good until you have to send something back!Theres no return address so you have to email the customer service and inform them that you would like to return an item.In my case it took over a week for them to email me back and kindly inform me that my return request has been accepted.One week after sending back the item I've received an email with refund notification but no refund!Its been over a week now and still no money.They purposely dont give you an option to pay by PayPal so if you use your debit card theres no much you can do if they steal your money.Dont buy from them unless you're 100% that you want to keep the item:(

Absolutely recommend! Writing because I saw so many negative comments that are the opposite of my multiple transactions with them. I have bought multiple suits from this site. Multiple times. I receive the packages within a few days and the quality is excellent. I just bought two suits from the sale rack and couldn’t be happier 10$ each y’all!!!! I get more compliments on Bahimi suits than any of my others. Customer for life!

I ordered items and want to return them because the price is absolutely not justified the quality of the items. I have sent in my request for return twice. How come there is no way to return it? I get an email that someone will get back to me in 3-5 days when I have to be able to return it though in the first 2 weeks. I feel like this is a very shady way of making it absolutely difficult to return. I order online all the time and have never experienced that there is no easy return form that I can just fill out!!

I ordered 2 tops and 2 bottoms and haven't received one of the tops. I tried every possible way to contact them to get the top as i can't wear the bottom without the top with no success. Tried return request and got nothing not email with start return or claim. Absolutely nothing!!!

I emailed them that the bathing suit I received a day before went on sale and I asked them about honoring the sale. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL
I ordered a bikini and it has already been a month, I am unable to track further details from royal mail tracking system, they didn't even give me delivery estimation dates, all updates from the royal mail stop on May 30th and it is now June 19th. I keep emailing them that most probably my order has been lost in transit but they take ages to reply to a single email and if they do they just reply something impractical like we appreciate your patience etc.
I am sure that my item has been lost in transit however they avoid admitting this since they want to avoid giving a refund.
They are the most unprofessional clothing company I'ever dealt with.
Never ordering anything from them again.

Bought five bikinis in their sale, when I received the order the note in the bag had a tiny red stamp saying no refunds on sale items. This was not highlighted at any point using their website. I double checked the website again and no mention of this policy was shown. Having complained I was told it was displayed, and in going to the webpage, it is now there. Not standard retail policy and very misleading when shopping.
I have requested the bikin's that I returned to be sent back to me - hopefully they have the decency to do this.

Trying to return faulty bikini but no response from customer service
I contacted Bahimi to find out how to return a faulty/broken bikini that received with broken chains. I have emailed them twice and messaged on Instagram but haven’t had any response. Bahimi please contact me so I can arrange for the faulty bikini to be returned for a full refund. Would be hesitant to buy from them again due to lack/non existent of customer care.
