very fast delivery and an excellent service

I ordered the Samsonite X-Blade 2 toiletry bag as it looked to be excellent for my needs as I do a lot of travelling for my work. After a phone call saying the X-Blade 2 had been discontinued and replaced by the 'new improved version' X-Blade 3. I was told that there was very little difference and if anything the X-Blade 3 was better quality. I agreed to carry on with my order, which on receipt I found in my opinion is inferior quality. I have looked on the Samsonite website and found that my original choice is still being sold, and quite frankly I wish I had bought from them instead!!

I ordered a Mickey Mouser American Tourister case, the hand luggage size. It arrived really quickly. The case is fantastic. Really great service. Would use again and highly recommend to friends & family

Good item, good transaction

My bag arrived within the estimated delivery period, and the tracking feature meant it arrived exactly when they said it would. The packaging was good and the bag is lovely. I would definitely order again from Bagsdirect

I purchased from here because they offered next day delivery. I phoned the company twice to check that the parcel would be delivered next day, and was assured it would be. I received an email to say it had been despatched and would by delivered next day. The next day comes and I get a message from dpd to say they've made a mistake and the parcel won't be delivered that day. This caused me considerable hassle as I was flying out the next day and needed the bag for that trip, so I had to do a 3 hour round trip to buy the bag from a highstreet store. I phoned Bagsdirect and they didn't give a damn. Not their problem apparently. Well I'm afraid it is your responsibility as the seller, not the delivery company. That's what the law says. Every other company who I've ever ordered from, and I shop online a lot, has always refunded next day delivery charges if the delivery does not arrive next day. But Bagsdirect won't. So I had to stump up £6 next day delivery charges and I'm having to pay to return the parcel. Well done Bagsdirect, awful customer service. I won't be shopping with them again.

Bag much cheaper than on other sites, delivered quickly & seems good quality.

Said it would be delivered between 12.35 and 13.35 and was delivered at 12.36 on the day specified.
Best price we could find on the web.
