I have not used this company before and found a great deal on a Samsonite cabin case. The case arrived as promised in the time scale quoted and I was very pleased with my purchase. I did email Bags Direct with a question regarding the lock on the case and in less than 24 hours I received a telephone call and my query was dealt with in a friendly and efficiently manner.

This bag has plenty of storage. The compartments are generous and the bag itself is quite rigid and secure.
