Ordered the bed from Back Care Beds as a last resort. We have spent so much money on various expensive mattresses to try and alleviate back pain.
The bed came spot on time, the lads carried it upstairs. I was advised by the company to save myself £80 and assemble the bed myself which I did in about 2 hours. The bed has been a God send to my wife and myself, my back pain has disappeared after 4 nights.

Smooth ordering and delivery process, with excellent communication. I opted to assemble the bed myself, but Mike, the delivery chap, was very helpful by pointing out some tricks to make assembly easier.

As it was, the bed went together very easily. Only had one night on it so far, but can't fault it for comfort.

Very good service phoned company to asked certain questions they were very helpful, using online it’s very unusual to be able to speak on the phone would definitely buy from them again.

From order to delivery everything went smoothly I could not recamend this company more did everthing to satisfy my needs the driver delivered on time and could not have been more helpfull a complete gentelman

More than 5star treatment from ordering to delivery of my bed. So wonderful to get good customer care and sound advice from a company these days. They go above and beyond to make sure you know exactly what you are getting. Bed delivered as promised. I will certainly recommend this company for service and great value for money. Customer service was excellent. The bed is absolutely wonderful. I suffer with arthritis in both knees and lymphoedema in both legs. I got the twin adjustable bed and firm mattress my legs have been reduced and the pain in my knees have eased. I now sleep on my back with the head rise up and the leg’s raised. I am sleeping so much better. I would recommend this company they are cheaper and more reliable than the high street ones.

Delivered promptly and with care, the delivery driver carried everything to the bedroom and went through how to assemble it.
He fixed the motor to the bed for us and made sure we knew how to assemble the rest.

Really pleased with the electric single bed bought for my elderly mother. Its really well constructed, easy to put together and looks nice when finished. Its also a perfect height for shorter elderly people.

It was delivered by a very friendly chap who took time to explain to me the best way to assemble the bed. Following the very well produced drawings in the manual along with the advice provided made assembly a breeze.
