From my first point of ordering ,the company was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way, including telephone calls and E mails up to the point of delivery which was on time.
When delivered the driver put it into the room of my choice, he was pleasant and professional and informative.
Since sleeping on this bed it’s a delight as very comfy for my bad back.
Would be happy to recommend this bed to everyone.Superb quality.

Of course when you buy something as important as a bed, and especially one as important as a care bed, you are anxious that everything is to your requirements with the least fuss.
This was thankfully the case with Back care beds. Although the actual ordering of the bed was done by a relative of mine who is more familiar with these things, everything went smoothly. The chap that delivered the bed and assembled it was very knowledgable, pleasant and helpful.

From order to delivery was only two weeks from first visit to this company to purchase delivery and after care was totally faultless and professional. The men that delivered the bed were very quick tidy and made sure everything was explained before leaving would recommend this company and have recommended to others best experience.

I bought a small double magestic adjustable bed 8 months ago, so this review is more about long term use and durability rather than first impressions.

Note: I had purchased this bed via a 3rd party website, so your experience may differ slightly (for example, their website lists the VAT price at checkout, but the 3rd party one didn't).

When I was looking around for beds, my first deciding factor was affordability, and my second was good reviews. I found this was the cheapest mobility bed on the market with great reviews (there were cheaper options available, and people weren't happy with them).

Once I ordered I received a call to book a delivery. I got the impression it was a small family business from how knowledgable and friendly the gentleman on the phone was. He answered all my questions about the best bed options and potential upgrades for me (I raised the questions myself, there was no pressure to spend more and he clearly explained where he felt more expensive options would be a waste of money in my case).

The price I'd paid on the 3rd party site was excluding VAT, but Back Care Beds assured me that I'm exempt (as long as you aren't solely buying it to sit up and watch TV in bed, you're ok) and they handled the entire VAT paperwork for me. All I had to do was answer a small handful of questions and they did the rest :)

I recommend those with mobility issues have 2 friends with them on delivery day. The delivery itself was great and they took it straight to the upstairs room for me, but you'll need 1 or 2 people to properly set it up.

I went for the firm mattress because my back doesn't do well with soft ones. And when it arrived, I'll admit for the first 2 or 3 weeks it felt really uncomfortable and I struggled to sleep properly on it. But my physiotherapist assured me this was 100% normal and to stick with it. And he was right, after 3 weeks the bed became so comfortable that I miss it when I stay elsewhere for the night. Once you get used to it, it can give so much relief to your neck and spine when you adjust it, and it's worth the investment. I really wish I had known to buy one earlier!

Great service and communication

Bought the bed last week and the service from Paul giving me the initial quote to Garry coming and fitting it was exceptional.
They explained the whole process before I paid out any money and at no point tried to push anything I didn't need. There was an issue with one of the boxes getting lost by the delivery company but they sorted it for me quickly and efficiently. Well happy and would use again without question.
Also, I have been sleeping on waterbeds for over 30 years and this one is by far the best for quality and comfort.

My first encounter was last year when my mother was discharged from hospital earlier than expected and required urgent assistance with the delivery of essential equipment. The company lived up to their promise, providing a rapid turnaround and ensuring everything was delivered promptly as needed.

Most recently, I required an adjustable bed for myself. Securing this involved obtaining funding from two different grant-making organisations, which proved challenging to co-ordinate, especially as I was relying on others to help organise everything on my behalf. Despite these complexities, the process was managed smoothly with the company's support.

Throughout both experiences, I had the pleasure of dealing with Luke. He has consistently demonstrated kindness and understanding. Communication regarding updates and delivery schedules has always been exemplary, ensuring I was kept fully informed throughout. Luke treats customers with genuine respect, taking the time to listen attentively and provide practical solutions tailored to immediate needs.

Delivery and Setup Experience
On both occasions, delivery was carried out exactly as scheduled. The company utilises a tracking system, so I was kept up to date on the location of my delivery throughout the day. They assembled the adjustable bed swiftly and efficiently, with clear explanations provided for all the controls and features.

Exceptional experience from Backcare Beds.
I ordered a bed for my 95 year old dad last week & this was delivered today. My dad is very happy with the bed & also the competitive price.
I should also mention how brilliant the driver was (Mike) who did a great job putting the bed together he went well above the required standard by putting the old bed in the garage out of the way.
Highly recommended.

We needed replacement mattresses for an adjustable bed, purchased from BackCareBeds some years ago, and aware of their high level of service. Over the years we have found them very helpful; and with the high quality of items and support, we were more than happy to return. The staff were welcoming and approachable; excellent conversations about how BCB could fulfil our requirements. They took time with us as we selected mattresses; delivery, by cheerful and competent staff, arrived within a few days.

From ordering the bed to delivery it was a seamless experience. Tracking was provided and the bed was delivered promptly. The man who delivered ( Mike) was smart , courteous and knowledgeable. The bed was easily assembled following instructions from the well laid out booklet.
Altogether a fine purchasing experience.

Great company had the The Winchester king size bed and is the Wow factor in our bedroom with the Cool spring mattress .We treated ourselfs to the Massage matress .The mattress if so comfty .From start to finsh was couldnt recommend them enough .We was quoted £5 and half grand from the first company ,Which shocked us ,Bed was bed and easy to assemble. Mike who delived but He was great explained everything to us how to assemble it.So far had the bed 6th september .I disabled and normally up most the night .But the matress to comfty .Never slept so good .
Brilliant company no pushy sales to to go give an answer there and then .
Only one problem with the bed .My husband dont wanna get out in moring lol
