I don’t know the name of the engineer who came to assemble the bed but he was absolutely brilliant. He assembled the bed explaining everything to me as he went along.

Communication was extremely fast via email and a telephone call to arrange delivery, I have no doubts after sales, should I have a problem will be efficient as well.

Delivery was perfect and handled by themselves. Everything was well wrapped and Mike put everything in the room of choice.

The bed itself is very sturdy, I opted to assemble myself, it came with a beautiful instruction booklet in English which was easy to follow. I had already watched a few videos on their website so had a clear understanding of what to do.

I opted to have a drawer, it is super heavy and strong! And the bonus is its already built, you just slot it in place, no way will this one will have the bottom fall out. Also part of the build I have the grab rail and castors, both easy to fit. The mechanism on testing is smooth and remote is easy to use. Make sure you are near an electric socket, the cable is a good length.

On to the mattress, again I upgraded to the best they did and had the transfer walls to stop it caving in as you sit on the side. I had the massager built in and the zip off quilt top. The mattress looks well made and is nice and firm. Testing it with the mechanism it will take a few days to sink in and settle properly. The massager requires an electric socket, it works well, the remote is easy to use and it feels great!

I also bought the sheets as the mattress is bigger than a normal single, they fit well and feel nice.

Okay my first night... I suffer with arthritis in a lot of my joints including my spine, hence buying the bed. Getting into bed was easy, I used the remote to position myself, I felt so comfortable, I then had a play with the massager remote, lots of settings to choose from, the parts of the body, speed and intensity. It shuts off after 10 mins or so, if you fall asleep its no problem. Getting up I felt good, my spine was not aching and I was walking upright instead of hunched over. The grab rail aids to steady you.

Drive came in good time assembled the bed and gave complete and full instructions, have only tested bed at moment but it feels fine and adjustments work well.

I was having a bad time with fluid in my legs through my illness and the Doctor told me to put some packing under the mattress to lift my legs. And then I decided to buy abed that lifted my legs for me. And lo and behold it started to drain the fluid from my legs. And I think it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It has also given me relief to my back. So well done BACK CARE BEDS.

Bed care were absolutely brilliant, we weee living my Mother in Law into her new flat and they can on the day we of the move, which we had asked for, and by the time we got there the bed, was there in her bedroom, they got to the flat in the morning and arranged with the flats manager to take the bed to my mother in law flat. From our visit to the showroom to the delivery and installation of our bed this morning, the help and advice we've received on making the right choice for our needs has been outstanding.
The fitter was very courteous, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we get the best use out of our bed according to our individual needs.
All in all it has been a pleasure to deal with this company.

Ordered on 7th March 2025 and delivered and put together by Mike on the 13th. We were kept informed regarding delivery date and time of arrival. Mike put the bed together and explained the mechanism perfectly. A very nice man and we had a few laughs. We would recommend this company without any hesitation. Thank you Back care beds.

From the start the rep called Michael was very patient with me asking me questions regarding my health and physical issues which gave me confident they know what they are doing. Purchase online Sunday they called the following Friday saying they'll be delivering next Thursday. It was that quick. Delivery service was amazing he was quick and was able to explain everything. A+++ for customer service. Highly recommend
