AVS were brilliant. Speedy service and updated our order when they reviewed as felt we had under ordered for our needs. Friendly delivery serviceand arrived as expected.

Very good. AVS was the only place I could find that everything I needed. I bought concrete gravel boards, concrete fence posts and pressure treated lap panels. Everything was delivered by truck and offloaded by crane onto my driveway.
Only one panel was broken, however they’d spotted that while loading and supplied an extra one on the same delivery. It was good because I needed a half width panel for the end of my fence and could cut down the broken one.
I had to reschedule deliveries and change my original order and this was done effortlessly and without fuss over the phone.
The fence is built and looking good.

Just one disappointment and this is probably down to the panel manufacturer (not AVS) and that’s as the panels have dried out the wood has shrunk, slits have appeared, knots have fallen out leaving holes, and overlaps have disappeared leaving gaps.

Good first delivery and sorted subsequent purchase when they didn't have everything I needed.

Great service, didn’t have in stock the fence post that I ordered but sold me the next length up for the same price.

Only a small order but dealt with speedily and efficiently.
Would happily use AVS again.

Great quality products and customer service. Timber is always dry and straight, lengths always cut to exact size stated on the website etc.
Customer services is excellent, everyone ever spoken to in the call centre is knowledgeable and willing to help when an order needs to be changed etc.

I've used AVS twice recently and can't find fault with anything, the fence panels are well constructed and a very reasonable price; the concrete posts were well poured and square which made life easier. Had to source corner posts from another company as AVS were completely out and I really noticed the difference in quality so much so I would recommend waiting if you can. Delivery was prompt and the driver was friendly and helpful. Definitely a company I'd recommend for your fencing needs!
