EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE

Ordered around 35 sleepers + fence…
Ordered around 35 sleepers + fence panels, posts and gravel boards. Good prices and excellent customer service from the office team communicating delivery to the great delivery driver who went the extra mile to drop the load in the place I needed it, but is tricky to get to with a big flatbed truck.

Deck boards
Ordered 28 deck boards. The order had a lead time of 12 days but arrived in 2, ordered on a Tuesday, delivered on the Thursday, now that’s good service! Good communication from AVS as to a delivery date. The boards were palletised and were hoisted directly on to my drive. The driver was polite and helpful. All boards were undamaged and look to be excellent quality and finish. Very happy with AVS.

Excellent Service
Easy to order products online. Good selection and fence panels purchased were good quality for the money. Delivery charge was cheaper than other online companies and delivery was much quicker than detailed when making purchase. Notified by email of delivery date and excellent delivery driver - Elliott - who phoned to inform me delivery would be in about 15 minutes. Items were dropped off and placed in a secure area by the driver.
