Ordered on 30 August online for click and collect from Aylesbury. When phoning to arrange collection I was informed none in stock. Finally collected 3 September but order wasn't complete. Had to wait a further 4 days for missing item. They delivered foc as it was their error.

I had a concrete corner post 9ft…
I had a concrete corner post 9ft delivered when I wasn't home no text or email to say it was coming found a 6ft mark on the path where who ever delivered it couldn't carry and it had broken the top of the post which is being used for a front gate and know will look rubbish normally been brilliant with delivery's very disappointed hopefully when the customer comes back she doesn't say its got to come out as its not cheap

This is very unusual as our driver would normally report this type of incident as an accident and we would either supply a new post or arrange a refund. Please can you send a picture of the broken post to sales@avsfencing.co.uk. I will also contact the branch for more information
