After a phone call to say the monitor…
After a phone call to say the monitor was out of stock with both themselves and the supplier, Ellie was on the ball to find a few alternatives for me after asking what I was looking for.
After choosing one which they kindly matched the price for, it was sent out for next day delivery. Unfortunate that the original screen would have been a few weeks wait, the alternative had slightly better specs, so I can't fault their service.

Thank you to Tom Donegan at AV Parts Master for his excellent service throughout the purchasing process for a replacement projector and screen for our church hall. We are delighted with the new set-up which has given us a bright, crisp image even with the lights on. Following initial contact Tom responded promptly with each follow-up email and was very patient while I applied for movement certificates between UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Once the certificates were in place, a delivery date was scheduled and the goods promptly arrived on the day as promised. I have no hesitation in commending AV Parts Master for their excellent service.

Great customer service
It's hard to get great customer service these days so when it happens it deserves recognition. I ordered a monitor with next day delivery. AV Parts Master rang me within an hour to say there were no units in the country and they tried to come up with a suitable replacement. They promised they would do everything they could to come up with a unit or find an alternative. An hour or so later they called again to say they had, against the odds, managed to find a unit for immediate shipment. Sure enough by 0930 the next day the monitor had arrived. I ordered a particular monitor online…
I ordered a particular monitor online from AV Parts and paid there and then. Unfortunately it had been discontinued by NEC. Ellie at AV Parts went out of her way to understand what the monitor was needed for and to come up with suitable alternative recommendations, she also answered many questions patiently and accurately. I ended up with a better option at half the cost. If I had to offer anything constructive to feedback it would be to improve the time taken to refund the difference, 5-7working days meant my product was delivered a good week before the refund was made, which had me thinking ‘have they forgotten it’, but as it turned out they hadn’t, they were just a bit slow. It was a really great service though and I would definitely buy from them again.

Great product and Customer Service
I recently purchased a projector for my golf simulator (Viewsonic PX749-4K). I was helped through out my journey by Scott. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to answer all of questions. What really stood out was how he listened to my needs, not only for golf but also other uses of the projector, and gave me a fantastic recommendations that perfectly fit my budget. horrible Service
Hi there,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I have received from AV PartsMaster.
My first enquiry regarding the Dynascan TV was on 28th July, and from the very beginning I made it clear in all of my emails that this specific model was required for our shoot. Tom Donegan was fully aware of this. I trusted that he understood our needs and, as a result, I stopped looking elsewhere, assuming the booking was in safe hands.
On Friday 15th August, just one week before our shoot, I queried the quote as it listed a ProofVision 65" Aire instead of the Dynascan. Tom confirmed to me at 11:00am that day that we would, in fact, receive the Dynascan.
Since then, I have emailed Tom twice (on Monday and again today) with no response. When I called the AV Parts number today, I spoke with George at 14:30, who informed me that the Dynascan was not available and that nothing could be done to help. This is three days before the agreed collection date.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A simple apology is not enough, as I am now left scrambling to find a very specific and difficult-to-source TV for a shoot that begins in just three days. At the very least, I would expect your team to proactively assist me in locating the correct equipment from another supplier.
Overall, the communication and customer service I have experienced has been completely unsatisfactory and needs serious review.
