I ordered two dresses and paid for next day delivery because I needed them for the weekend. One of the items was a preorder, but it wasn’t obvious to me during the ordering process that this would prevent the entire order from being dispatched.

When I contacted customer support after hearing nothing about my order, I was told that my order wouldn’t ship until at least 7th July because of the preorder item. Although one of the dresses was stated as in stock and ready for dispatch, I was told I would have to pay an additional delivery fee if I wanted it sent separately, despite already paying for next day delivery.

While they explained that this is their policy, the customer experience was very disappointing. There was no proactive communication about the delay, and no goodwill gesture offered despite the circumstances.

I ended up cancelling my order and requesting a refund. Unfortunately, based on this experience I would not recommend ordering from them.

Spent £169 on a knit set only for it to be delivered to the incorrect address and stolen. Will not give me a refund or replacement.

I always order from here jeans, fur coats and now the new leather collection I’m in awe I love this brand so much and it’s so reliable the brand gets back to you so quickly with any questions via dm

Ordered some Capri items for pre-order. They arrived really fast when they came into stock, the team were really helpful when I asked if it would make it in time for when I needed - which they did! Quality exactly as described too!

The customer service is TERRIBLE! they ignore messages, they are passive agressive and have no client service skills, they want to take peoples money and not provide a good service, they have no regard for their customers who buy regularly, speaking to a few influencers at the moment who have revealed that they would never pay the price , they only wear it becuase they have been gifted it and resell on Ebay. The owner has a chip on her shoulder, she is not customer friendly and she may be able to block people on socil media but she wont get away face to face so she needs to be a humble person and learn how to communicate rather than walking around pretentious. she lacks discernment.
