I am incredibly impressed with the Aviation ADR platform. It was easy to submit the claim and I was regularly updated on its progress. It took several months to resolve but I did eventually get back most of my claim. Much easier than dealing directly with a company that either gives you the run around or fobs you off.

I used the service because, following a flight cancellation, the airline would only refund me the difference between the original ticket and the new one, which I had to buy myself to return by the next day. Thanks to them, I received a full refund after Ryanair unfairly charged us €120 for supposedly having too many cabin bags. The staff at the gate treated us terribly, shouting, bullying, pressuring, and threatening us. That kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. I would also have appreciated compensation for the distress caused by the way we were treated. It took almost a year to get the refund.

The only legal way to resolve your dispute. Airline was keep ignoring my requests and guiding me to a different direction and was taking months .
In just 6-8 weeks time my dispute is resolved and money transferred into my bank.

After initially having my EU261 claim rejected by Air France which I knew was incorrect due to the delay reason given on the day, airline citing out of control reason hence decline, AviationADR helped independently review the case and enabled a fair resolution. The process was straightforward, communication was clear, and it gave me confidence that the matter was being looked at impartially. Really pleased with the outcome and grateful for the support throughout.

Used AviationADR to resolve a baggage dispute. The determination, in my view, applied the wrong legal test to the facts of my case, and the corrections process explicitly does not allow legal reasoning to be revisited, meaning a flawed analysis cannot be challenged within the scheme. Disappointing experience that has left me with no real route to a fair outcome through ADR.

Bardzo duża pomoc w dochodzeniu swoich praw od linii lotniczej Wizzer za odwołany lot. Linie lotnicze powoływały się na nadzwyczajne warunki pogodowe w okresie zimowym i odmówiły wypłat. I had excellent support from Aviation ADR in getting compensation from an airline (KLM) that was resistant to paying me for a significant unforced delay Manchester to DXB that caused me to arrive at my destination more than 5 hours late. Both flights were late and I had to run from one terminal to another to just about catch the third flight in Rome. This qualified me for compensation but KLM made it difficult to claim. Aviation ADR has a very use friendly portal and process and they denied KLM's appeal against my claim. I was kept updated and although the process took several months they supported me and ensured I received my £520. I definitely recommend Aviation ADR to anyone facing a similar experience.
