Very helpful, told me exactly what was wrong and the cost straight off. Kept me updated. Had my car back by mid afternoon the same day. Have taken my last 3 cars here and always extremely happy with the service and work they do.

if i could give a zero i would.
took my van in for a new tyre and tracking. van was only 16 months old and never been touched before. wheels are reverse threads. they didn’t check and stripped the treads and instead of admitting it just denied ever touching it even though they had it in the workshop an hour.
completely refused to acknowledge it. also lied about the tracking, saying didn’t have the tool and the ramps not been big enough even though the week before when i had come in and booked the appointment i double checked this (sole reason for coming there).
resulted in having to replace the wheel nuts and studs. on this it’s over £130 per wheel.
blatant lies and the complaints department just took their word regardless of the evidence ( tracker location showing it in the workshop for the hour, witness statement from2 other people.)
worse thing was i had to drive away with a worn out tyre still
on but also threads that had been stretched and strips on some which would fail at any point. very dangerous.
reported to trading standards!
do not go there or else you too will
suffer!

They called me 45 minutes before the tyre was due to be fitted to say that they didn't have the tyre. Hopeless and inept

Honestly, the service was mediocre. I was quoted for something than the following they call me to said the forgot to advice that something else need to be replaced and they will only charge me for labour as they forgot to mentioned. An invoice was not provided for the work. Very dissatisfied with overall service. Won’t use again after few years using same garage. I found that is a whole new team and they not half as good as the previous team.

My second visit in just over a week. Firstly for a MOT then secondly for an air con re-gas both booked at online at convenient times for me. The service on both occasions was prompt and well priced.

Booked in my car for an MOT. Confirmation of the booking was sent almost immediately. The MOT started on time stated and completed as said. The person on the desk was very helpful regarding the advisory notes and how best to deal with them. 5 stars is for my experience. Well done!!!
