What my name they are going under, you’ll get the same poor quality Car sold to you
I see they’ve changed the name from Aston Vauxhall Melton Mowbray to Aston auto park that must be because of the horrendous reviews they received under Aston Vauxhall Melton Mowbray mine being one of them after they sold me a very dodgy car. The sales personnel manager haven’t got a clue as well as they repair and Warranty manager hasn’t got a clue and the woman in charge who our Knott name definitely hasn’t got a clue sold me a very dodgy car numerous faults promise me they would be done on pick up there wasn’t they? Then promised me they would be done afterwards they wasn’t ended up having to sell the car to great loss. Do not buy a car from these people under whatever name they are now

Choosing the right car
Sonny was absolutely fantastic, I'm sure he would be kind enough to say, we weren't a pain in the backside. But we were. Eventually after lots of phone calls, backwards and forwards, and going back to see the Mokka's, I made my mind up, phew. Patience of a saint I would say, thank you Sonny 😊

Vauxhall have mu money and do not care
The well known of need for a software update for many functions of the car which operate, do not operate or change operation while driving is well known but not addressed. I suppose Vauxhall have my money and don't care.

After sales shocking
They are quick to take your money,but the after sales service is shocking,a few things wrong with the car which i pointed out to them straight away,and they are just not interested. Never again would i buy a car from this dealership,all my family and friends will be spreading the word not to buy a car from them,shocking supprised they are still in buisiness,the way it is run.
