Very reliable company they are there whenever you need them. the customer service is excellent service never had a problem without solving it. I appreciate your service Assurity. I had been with you for 16 happy years.

It did take a while before I recieved my coverage, with doing everything thing online ,I am more of a hands on person,so missed emails and calls didn't work well for me with my schedule.

So far so good, but the lack of much communication is a little concerning. I've life insurance with other companies before that had more contact.
It sort of feels like your pouring money in a hole... Hope to see it again if necessary.

This was a great news experience especially when your agent knows their job. The process went smooth, plenty of useful information as for my policy & my wife policy.

Had some difficulty getting information. Agent did make multiple attempts to get the info needed.
At this point waiting on quote.

i've never had any problems with Assurity. Never even needed to contact them.
Premiums are paid automatically every month so there are no timing concerns.
It has my highest recommendation.

I was not happy with the rates that exploded in me this past year. I have paid a lot of money to this insurance policy over the years and can barely afford this policy now and it is going to keep going up.If I had been informed by the person that signed me up this would happen I would most likely have NOT PURCHASED THIS POLICY.I am on a fixed income and this really has put me in a bad situation.

A problem free, cost competitive, life insurance policy..... perfect!

What I don’t like is not having no medical cards in case of an emergency I do not keep policy numbers nor phone number it’s in my wallet companies that do not issue these cards I feel are not very good i’ve had hospitals tell me it’s not their job to be calling phone numbers when these types of policies are to be used

I’ve never had an issue with getting approval. Unfortunately my condition will only get worse. Not thrilled about the paperwork, but I know you need to be sure my condition hasn’t improved. But if you research any of it, I will only get worse. Your company is always on time with payments and I’m grateful that I have your insurance.

Our experience was very good. From start of the process to when we got our policy seemed to take a long period of time, but other than that it was good

Took a long time to get through to agent and then i was not confident she really knew what she was talking about in relation to making a claim. Sent claim in that I was self employed and came back to me for paperwork from my employment....

Never received an email to warn me that a $400 charge was incoming. They just took it out which caused me some grief.

Horrible.

So far, my experience with assuring has been good.
