I ordered a pair of 2D Aluminum plates and they were very poor as the Arnold Clark logo had bits missing and also some of the letters and numbers were poor quality. Customer service was excellent and sent me a replacement pair that arrived the following day. This time the logo and letters/numbers were A1 but unfortunately the plates were still substandard. As another review mentions, the plates had the exterior film (not the peelable protective film) protruding over the corners and peeling chips on edges where you could visibly see the aluminum. If I didn't need my van that morning I would have returned for a full refund. I still informed Customer Services of my dissatisfaction. Plates are best avoided as better quality available cheaper. Maybe it is only the 2D aluminum plates that are poor and difficult to execute, so please note my review is based only on the 2D that I personally ordered
Arnold Clark were helpful and don't actually make the plates, so 5 stars for their prompt contact to sort the first pair out.

After waitng on response from Arnold Clark customer services. Though staff contacted me saying my car was ready and on Arnold no not till tomorrow (2 days for a service of a new car 2024) at a cost of extra £60 in taxis. AC customer service tell me there's nothing they can do.i would not recommend AC. Staff were abrupt and negative

I bought this 12V car battery a few weeks ago and it has been fantastic. My car used to struggle to start on cold mornings, but now it fires up instantly every single time. It holds its charge really well, even if I leave the car parked for a few days. Excellent reliability and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Order arrived promptly and in good condition but for some reason there was a duplicate pending payment sat on my credit card for almost a week before it eventually disappeared. May have been a PayPal issue rather than Arnold Clark to be fair though.

Hi first the good news, the battery was a competitive price. The battery was delivered to my door on a sack trolly. when I went to lift the cardboard box it easily came away and exposed the upside down battery.
how long it had been upside down is unknown. From memory, it think it was four days from dispatch to delivery. Solution add ten pence to price and use a suitable box with signage for couriers to follow.
Desperate to use the vehicle I fitted the battery and I wait to see if there is any early deterioration.

Very fast and efficient service

I had an issue with my plate and it was resolved super quick and efficiently by Zara, nothing was too much trouble and I had a replacement plate within 24 hours. Would thoroughly recommend.
