Honestly, one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.

I ordered a pair of leggings on 23rd Jan. After 2 weeks I still had not received them so I got in touch. Apparently they had been dispatched (I received no dispatch email) so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 3 weeks and many emails later, I still have not received my items.

After well over a month waiting for my items I informed them that I no longer wished to continue with the order (as I am legally within my rights to do). Several of my messages regarding a refund were ignored (funnily enough, once I started posting public messages on their Facebook (which were removed almost immediately) I started to get replies).

Even with the replies to my varies requests over a week for a refund, I was informed the item had been redispatched.

It is 1st march and I STILL have not received the no longer wanted items or a refund.

I'm not sure if this 'company' is run by some amateur with no business sense, who is in way over his/her head. Or if they are fraudster cowboys. Either way, AVOID!

Ps - try deleting this review armatura.

Worst online retailer I have ever purchased from. Five week wait for my order, they then asked if I wanted to cancel so I did. Then they sent me my order and then asked me to send it back! When I queried whether they would be covering my return costs, I was ignored again and again. Now awaiting PayPal resolution to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

EDIT: They have responded below stating my item was ‘lost in transit’. Shame they couldn’t communicate this (or anything else for that matter). Or pay attention to requests to cancel. Or do anything remotely business-like.

And ‘free of charge’? Since when has anyone had to pay for a replacement item sent by a retailer?! 😂 How very generous of you Armatura 👏🏼

Awful service said 5 days shipping yet took 3 weeks! Then they sent completely the wrong order in the wrong size and colour? Surely it had to be some one elses order there's no way someone could get it that wrong?! However reading other reviews it looks like a regular thing , they are awful. Waste of time , money and lacks quality. Poorly run buisness!!

i found them on instagram, placed order on 17/10/2017, received my items on 06/01/2018
i understand it was preorder but no one informed me i will be waiting for package for 3 months. they not responding to emails, removing all comments on instagram, ignoring DMs on instagram.
i returned my order on 15/01/2018 because it was wrong size(even when i was measuring myself with a table) and rubber band on hips had damaged. had no response from them if they received it, or they gonna do anything about it.
unfortunately i will have to contact AGAIN Citizen Advice Customer Service. if we cannot deal with it between each other someone else will have to be involved
please girls be careful if you placing an order they are cheating.

My situation didnt change. They still not responding to my email.
Blocked me on instagram and facebook
Two months ago i sent items back and still didn't get my money
Waiting for citizen to do some actions because i cant just leave it like this
I want them to apologise me and to return my money which im working for very hard !!
People who added good reviews here im sure they must get something free for it.

I excitedly ordered from Armatura Clothing after seeing their posts on Instagram. However I was extremely angry when I placed my order 10th December (paying express delivery for a Christmas present) only to not receive my order until 19.01.2018 after emailing and subsequently spamming their Facebook because 12 emails/messages were simply not replied to. Beware to ALL international buyers - they don’t send your package with tracking. I have never in my life experienced such rude and unhelpful staff. Poor product too - not worth the stress and the money.

This company is ridiculous. Ordered an item on the Monday, Friday requested to know where said item was to be told it would be delivered Monday/Tuesday the following week, Tuesday night I receive an email saying the product I ordered and paid for over a week ago was 'out of stock'. Messaged the company on Instagram and Facebook, was ignored on Instagram and was spoken to rudely on Facebook. Told my refund would be in my bank account within 2-3 days yet I still haven't received it. Lots of people commented on their most recent Instagram photo complaining that they hadn't received their order or refund and instead of explaining themselves, the staff of armatura clothing DELETED all the comments leaving only the ones of people asking how to make a purchase. Scammers so avoid like the plague! If I had seen all the negative comments and reviews I wouldn't of wasted my money on them. Hoping this way they cannot delete my comment and other people have a chance to make an informed decision about whether or not to order from them!
