Armatura clothing is the best gym wear I’ve purchased. Their gymwear provided me with everything I was looking for in terms of their leggings being 100% squat proof, breathable and the waistband being high waisted! I’m so happy with my purchase and I will definitely buy from them again. Happy customer indeed!!

Refund not given - avoid. No response to two emails enquiring about my order return.

If I had a choice I would give this company zero stars. Do not use absolute disgrace called customer services. Still waiting on a refund from 21st February 2019. Tried contacting numerous ways different names to which no avail. Have tried every avenue to pursue this still nothing ignore emails. Micky mouse company. Joke. Quick enough to take money but not refund. And leggings terrible quality!

Recieved my order yesterday morning and had it in time to wear to the gym - I bought a pair of black compression leggings and a pink twist front crop top and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out to be, so comfy and flattering the top especially. What makes it even better I grab them in the £10 clearance sale so I managed to get a gym outfit for only £20! Delivery was fab considering they had this deal on and I'm sure a lot of people would be jumping at the chance and buying something meaning there was maybe a higher volume to deliver than usual but it never ment I had to wait a long time. Overall I'm very happy with everything from armature and cant recommend enough!

I ordered leggings and a shirt on dec 4th. I was never given tracking info, and my Last 3 email asking where my order is have not been answered. I know a package to my country is going to take a long while from the UK, but its now almost 2 months and I have no idea if my package was lost as i wasn't even given tracking. I cant say to the quality of the clothing as i have not gotten (and who knows if i will) my package.
UPDATE
Its now been 57 days since I ordered and additional to the ignored emails, I was also ignored on chat. Terrible customer service, absolutely unacceptable to treat paying costumers this way. I will take this further until I get my order or money back.

After complaining on their instagram they contacted me and apparently they will send a replacement on the way. I got the clothes and theyre great quality, shame shipping is completely unreliable.

Ordered two pieces on sale before checking the reviews on Trustpilot and I wish I'd had. The quality of the items were horrendous, some of the worst I've seen for a fraction of the price. I highly doubt there was any cotton in their "cotton blend" joggers and the seams on the waistbands were sloppy. Could have gotten over the quality of the items if the customer service was decent but I returned for "store credit" since they don't honour returns on sale items (really bad sign of poor quality tbh) and I'm still waiting for any kind of acknowledgement of my return which I had to pay shipping for (and it's been confirmed delivered for 2 weeks). Speaking to someone on their online chat they've given me two different answers - first saying it'll take 10 days to process and then saying no it's 30 days. Which is insane - I haven't seen this with any other company online. They are clearly trying to make a quick buck and don't care about selling low quality goods and holding onto peoples money. AVOID.

Great clothing! Always fit perfectly and don't wash off like other brands ! Very happy :)

Clothing is ok but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They incorrectly advise customers they are only entitled to store credit when returning clearance/ sale items. THIS IS NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONSUMER RIGHTS REGULATIONS!!! Requests for a refund have been ignored despite clothing being returned. Have had to contact my bank for a credit card chargeback.

I’ve ordered multiple times from armatura. It’s always my first choice for gym clothes. Quick delivery, fab quality and fits perfectly

I have order from Armatura Clothing a few times now and I’m externally pleased with their products. I love their high waisted gym leggings they are squat proof and very comftable and extremely responsible priced. It’s nice to know they are made in the UK and every time I have ordered postage has been free and my order has been dispatched on the same day. Overall I have had a great experience and will continue to order from them 😊

Fantastic quality product, true to the size and fit well. I returned one pair of leggings as I wasn’t too keen on them. Contrary to other reviews I received a fast refund and the customer service was excellent. Will certainly be buying from them again soon.

Absolutely shocked by the level of customer service received by this company. After ordering numerous items and returning for different sizes it took 30 days to issue a credit note...i happily took the credit note and reordered in different sizes.
The products that turned up quite clearly deliberately had the wrong sizing labels re sewn in to fulfill the order. The two small leggings i received were hugely different in size from each other, one clearly an xs as i had tried those on in previous order and one clearly a Medium due to the massive difference. The bralet sent in a small fit exactly the same as the Medium one i had previously ordered. Once again i paid to return these items and sent an email requesting a full refund
The company have now had my items back for well over 30 days, not one email has been responded to. When i manage to speak to someone on live chat on the website they say they will not issue a refund of items or the postage i have wasted getting items returned. No credit note received still!!! I would not recommend anyone use this company!

Awful! They do not issue refunds when you return items as stated before by other customers. Returned two pairs of leggings in May to never receive a refund. Since May I have emailed 5 different email contacts for the company numberous times and have yet to receive any response at all! This is not acceptable and I would not recommend buying from this company as they don’t think twice about robbing your money!

Just recieved my second order from Armatura and great product again! Comfiest leggings I've ever got! I'll definitely be ordering again! Reasonable price, many companies out there are charging £40 or more for a pair of leggings and each order I've placed I've got leggings and a top for £30ish! Amazing value for money! Thank you Armatura 😊

Do not buy from this company!!
I purchased the Mint compression set with vest. When the item arrived the workmanship on it was pathetic. The overlocked seams were all wonky and had loose thread everywhere. There was a greasy mark on the leggings, the branded waistband and chest band were all pulled. Label was stuck on wonky & there was all bits of material in the bag with the items.

Tbh though that isn't the actual issue! I returned this item on the 23rd June and they have not given me my money back. When I first queried this I was told refunds can take up to 30 DAYS!!! 30 days for a refund is a ridiculous policy, I would never had bought from them had this been made clear.
I have messaged this company many times to ask when I will get my money back and if they bother replying they just repeat their '30 day refund policy' Well now its past 30 days and they haven't given me money back so Ive had to raise a claim with Paypal. Thanks goodness I paid using them or I don't think I would be seeing that money again! I would never buy from this company again and it seems a pretty regular thing judging by reviews!

Returned my items on the 19th of June, arrived to the depot on the 21st of June. Refund was processed after several emails, 5 weeks later. The quality of the leggings (light blue ones) was not great, swishing when you walked. Not sure I will buy again, even I like other things on their website.

I wpould not recommend buying this brand. I ordered clothes from them 12 days ago! When I am in the UK! I have tried to contact them many time 4 to be exact and still nothing has been solved or even so no one was helped me with this issue. There customer service is terrible. They make me pay for postage when I still haven't received my items. Very bad brand. It is taking longer than an international shipping. I finally got to speak to an employee on their Facebook and once showed how unhappy I was cuddle stopped getting a reply not happy! If I don't here from them soon I will take this further.

Great products! Great quality! Never let me down!!!

Quality of clothing was absolutely fine but the customer service is absolutely awful. I returned an item. Did not receive refund within the allocated time so I sent an email to the team. You are supposed to wait 48 hours for a reply. I sent 5 different emails and received no reply. I then spoke to someone via online chat who decided they would end the chat on me. Never experienced something like it and still waiting for my refund.

Absolutely love Armartura clothing, great fit, flexible, breathable and very comfy! The leggings are great for squatting I have several colours in the high wasted! Definitely my fave gym brand :)
