Dear Arby's, Three bites of fried macaroni and cheese was not delicious enough for $3.99.

Why do your french fries never look Ike the pictures in the ads. It's false advertising. The box is always full in the ad but usually mine are half full. McDonalds is the same way.

Ordered 2 classic beef & cheddar sandwiches for $3 ea online & 2 small fries for $1 each. $15.30. App would not work so we went up to Arbys. Got charged $4.39 each for classic beef & cheddar with NO CHEDDAR & $2.39 for small fries. I called & was told if I'd ordered online the prices were $3 & $1, I said the online ordering would not take. AND there was NO CHEDDAR on the classic beef & cheddars.
We will NEVER eat at Arby's again, this is the 3rd time Arby's in Selmer, TN has screwed up our order.

There was an extremely nice/professional woman that I met, who took her job seriously and even stated the famous line of "Welcome to Good Burger, home of the good burger, can I take your order?" from the Good Burger movie! It was truly an honor, to be able to order at Arby's for all of these years, but unfortunately took a long break from the restaurant due to their high prices and dealing with being creatively bankrupt for awhile. However, no matter the day time or hour, Arby's always delivers on excellent customer service, fresh food and putting a smile on my face. Ordering Arby's during the Good Burger 2 promotional week (and during Thanksgiving) was truly an unforgettable experience. Their Good Burger 2 meal will be missed next year! It was one of their best menu options, next to the Double Waygu burger meal, their Italian subs and roast beef n cheddar sandwiches! I highly recommend giving Arby's another chance, because everyone deserves it in this lifetime. Thank you Arby's for staying true to who you are after all of these years! My only criticism is their sauce, that causes a lot of gastrointestinal issues.

We are at the Arby’s in Kingdom City Missouri at the truckstop. The place is dirty, there is old food all over the floor. The ice machine does not work and the soda is flat. A meal cost 20 dollars for this crappy experience. I don’t eat here again!

Worst service ever and will possibly be sueing

The drive thru order was wrong and I contacted Arby's and never heard back this would be a place to boycott.

It Sucks!! No steak over half the size in the commercials .Pepper Jack's was so much better! I MAKE BETTER AT HOME! PROVOLONE CHEESE YOU DON'T HAVE IT! IT WAS GROSS! I'M DONE WITH ARBY'S AND I WENT THERE REGULARLY YOU SUCK

The sandwich isn’t bad but when I tried it came about 1/2 the meat on it as your ads show so to me it is a ripe off

Ordered two cheesesteaks being tha twife and I like their food; this is making me rethink their new "we got the meats' motto. As others mentioned, all sauce, peppers and onions this is one sandwich where the motto "where's the meat" applies; whatever they use it sure as heck isn't meat. Skip the drawing board and stick to the original sandwiches.
Ving Rhames states in one Arby's commercial 'don't mess with perfection, Arby's did!' and they totally messed it up. We have never had a sandwich as bad as Arby's cheesesteak sandwich, let alone ANY sandwich that tasted so horrible.
DO NOT BUY!!!

The sandwich is soggy, bread chewy, flavor non existent, very little meat (if it is meat)
Arby’s, you make great roast beef sandwiches. Stay in your lane and get out of the cheesesteak sandwich business.

I ordered one of you new steak subs, and there was no meat on it it was all green peppers for over eight dollars. I have never ever had any problem before I with Arbe’s I love arbys. I was really dissatisfied.

Tried the new cheesesteak. It is downright horrible. When I took it out of the bag I thought they gave me some kind of burrito. The “cheese” is like Alfredo and horseradish and accounts for like 75% of the inside of the soggy bread. Stay away from it.

I tried the cheesesteak sandwich. It was awful! Overpriced. Terrible aftertaste. Little meat, all sauce. Not toasted, not in a sub bun but a very tasteless thick bread. Couldn't wait to brush my teeth and try to get rid of the taste.

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE!!! I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO LOTS OF RED AND GREEN PEPPERS LIKE THE PICTURE SHOWED!!!! NOT EVEN A PIECE TO BE FOUND! THE SANDWICH WAS TERRIBLE! THE WHOLE FAMILY THREW THERE CHEESESTEAKS AWAY!!! WHAT A WASTE OF 50 DOLLARS!!

Ordered the Classic Cheesesteak. Would have been decent if there was enough meat on it. I'm talking you can barely find it let alone taste it. It was like eating a gooey cheese sandwich with garlic aoli and a hint of meat.
