I want MY money back
I stopped at the refurbished location at Lamar and 290. I had to repeat the order three times. I ordered 2 Dbl Roast Beef and a small curly fry and a medium crinkle fry. When I go to the window they guy repeated the order and again it was wrong. He called to someone to add the 2nd Dbl Roast Beef. He then offered me two drinks for the inconvenience, I took one. My mistake for not looking in the bag when he handed it to me. Again, 1 sandwich and the med crinkle fry is the same size as the small curly fry. BOTH Were STALE. I spent 19.77 to find out that Leo in Lethal Weapon was right and I am old enough to know better. I complained on the company web site but no one cares enough to respond. They got their money. So I am on a champagne to be sure NO ONE goes to this Arby's unless they just want to get screwed out of their money. This company has gotten as bad as the Whataburger on Slaughter Lane in Austin. I have also called 10 times and the phone must be off the hook. ALWAYS BUSY... probably from all the customers complaining. I WANT MY 19.77 back NOT more crappy food.
hushpuppy fish not that great
lots of hype and not much to like about their new hushpuppy breaded fish - it looks pretty good, and the batter is crisp and is OK - the fish is also pretty white and flaky - but it has a very strong odor and a decidedly fishy taste - you instantly know this ain't catfish - it's not so bad you can't eat it, you just probably aren't going to want to - the crinkle fries, on the other hand, are very good and cooked nicely : however, they put the fries in the same box with the fish sticks, and if you don't instantly separate them, the fish taints the fries in a not-good-way - the fish is also somewhat greasy - I tried this just to see how they were -- it was definitely a once-and-done event

Tried the 3 piece fish
Tried the 3 piece fish. Ate in. Fish was piping hot. Batter was not overpowering. Served with tarter sauce which I did not try. No cocktail sauce so I made my own with horsey sauce and catsup. Fish was mushy. I will not order it again.
REDICULOUSLY PRICED GARBAGE FOOD
$7 for a french dip that is less than 6" long. FORGET IT. 3 french dips, one 4 pc mozerella stick and medium krinkle fry with a small orange shake. $37. And SO STINKING SALTY!!! FORGET IT. NO CUSTOMERS inside the restaurant and only 2 (including us) at the drive-thru. This is what the $15/hr min wagers get - NO business. Go Woke. Go Broke. Go Bankrupt. We will NEVER eat anything Arby's again. We should have gone to American Diner: 2 huge burgers, 2 salads and 2 fries/onion rings for $24, AND, it's fresh.

I just want to say Arby’s in Greeneville TN has the most genuine associates I have truly ever seen. I go there a lot which is besides the point. The starter went out on my car and I had to leave my car there overnight. Tge next day my brother went with me to get it started. It was so hot outside and my mother who was with us needed to use the restroom. My brother and I were sweating profusely but, it had to be done. When my mother came back outside…she had drinks in her hands. One of the employees saw us out there and told my mom we needed something to drink…my mother offered to go get her purse and pay fir the Powerades but that young lady told her no. I could have cried. The manager is beyond phenomenal which is no surprise he has such great employees. Great managers lead by example…this is proof.

The place is very disgusting, and I would never recommend going to the arbys near shoprite in levittown. They also had TERRIBLE attitudes.

However, given the current state of the menu, it seems that the absence of this sandwich is the least of Arby's concerns.

I recently had an experience at Arby's that left me disappointed and frustrated. This Incident occurred 6/22/23 @3:00pm at the Arby’s located at 2539 Greenbay rd North Chicago, Illinois 60064. RDS-01397 Miracle. I believe it is important to share my feedback in order to help the company improve its overall service.
First and foremost, the customer service I received was below my expectations. The employee I encountered seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist me. When I requested additional cheese for my sandwiches, I was met with refusal and a lack of empathy. This type of attitude is not representative of good customer service.
Furthermore, when I asked for a refund due to the unsatisfactory experience, I was denied without any valid explanation. This only added to my frustration and made the situation even more unpleasant.
It is unfortunate that this incident escalated to the point where the involvement of the police was necessary. This suggests a serious breakdown in communication and conflict resolution within the establishment.
However, I do appreciate that Arby's has various channels for customers to provide feedback. This shows that they value their customers' opinions and are open to improving their service. I hope that by sharing my experience, the necessary steps will be taken to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future.
In conclusion, my recent encounter at Arby's left much to be desired in terms of customer service. I urge the company to address the issues mentioned in this review and take the appropriate actions to prevent such incidents from happening again. By doing so, Arby's can create a more positive and enjoyable dining experience for all customers.

Was so full it was all over cup running out lid.Took top off and poured some out. No ice in either cup. Ask for some ice.Had to pull up and wait on food. After about 5 minutes they brought food out the door. I alway find a shade tree it enjoy my food. Put the ice in my tea.And open my RB.Oh i always buy my puppy one too. When i put my fingers on the meat it was cold.So i got the other one. It was cold too. So i take it back in and the manager act like i was lying. So she said i can heat it in microwave. And i ask for a fresh sandwich. So she goes and starts to make one and she takes the meat and puts in microwave after she cuts it. I tell just return my money .i do not eat meat that is reheated in a microwave. So a cashier gave her my receipt and she brought my money and hatefully put it in my hand. Im gonna say this is the first bad experience i have had with Arby's. I work for Arby's for years and My sister Managed several stores. Best i can remember the roast beef was never refrigerated after it was cooked. Not gonna stop eating at Arby's but you can bet I won't be eating at that store.
