My male cat has being coming to Apex Vets si ce he was only 5 weeks old. They are very helpful, professional and kind. My boy is almost 2 now and we onky use APEX. We love having our Healthy Pet Plan that keeps Cooper in tip top condition. We were last in yesterday for a check up.

My dog is so scared of the vets that most ofvthe time he turns blue. I cannot thank the team at Apex enough for helping Elvis and getting him back to normal. First class

Absolutely outstanding vets. After our dog took ill through the night and we had to call out of hours at 2am, Claire was an absolute life saver… literally. Our dog had picked up a drug outside and was very unwell, Claire explained everything and the professionalism and care was impeccable. All staff at Apex are fantastic. Thanks to Claire our dog is recovering at home.

Have just read Apex vets comments on the Governments comments on vets charges, one of the reasons we use Apex for our little Topsy is that you are told exactly what the treatment will cost,no hidden extras,no add costs,also all nurses,vets staff are all first class,and genuinely care for all the pets they treat.

Kate the vet has been amazing with Beau my pug. Takes the time to explain everything and answers all my questions. Please Doug and Glenn don’t let her go - keep her here. As always the reception staff amazing and Fiona the vet nurse for taking Beau’s bloods.

Having lost our cat 1.5 years ago to the incompetence of another Falkirk vet we moved all our pets to Apex and I’m so glad we did. Our other cat has now been diagnosed with a liver condition not picked up by our previous vet either and is going to get surgery to correct the issue soon. They have been outstanding and the care and attention they have shown to us and our beloved pets has been second to none. I feel our pets are truly safe in their hands. Truly can’t thank them enough for their service!

My first time at Apex vets today. The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. The vet explained to me every step of the way the treatment my dog Jasper needed. She was so kind, gentle and patient with him. Especially as he is an old man.

Have used APEX for many years now with multiple pets and never had any problems with this vets always very informative and always happy to help our cat Leo had a blocked bowel in 2016 we thought we would loss him Glen was fabulous with him and kept use up to date 3 times a day whilst he had to stay he has been great ever since. Yesterday we noticed he was urinating blookd phoned spoke with Doug and got him seen 15 minutes later the vet we seen was great (cant remember her name sorry) she was so welcoming and very informative Leo was so relaxed with her and got print outs to take home Leo is doing great and should be back to his old self soon. Never had a problem and always felt so comfortable with this vet. Would always recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy vet

Always make myself and my dog feel so welcome and reassured when we come in. Explain everything clearly and they genuinely care about my dogs care. Wouldn’t go to another other vets now. 10/10 always

I can't thank tonight's on call vet enough, we thought our daft pup had eaten something he shouldn't. Vet saw us in half an hour and was so patient and respectful with Bagel and his boundries. Him being so calm was really reassuring. Thank you Apex team

Jessie our Deerhound had a racing heart, Apex gave us a quick appointment within an hour,she was thourghly checked over and given an ECG and heart scan very quickly, unfortunately she has an enlarged heart but have been given medication to help her , quick no messing approach has hopefully given us some hope thank you

Cat was fantastic in dealing with my wee girl Morag the toerag.. explained every step, spent time actually going over everything, that left me confident in dealing with morag.

This was the first time I had taken my dog to meet the vet, having just moved from our previous vet practice.
The vet had already read my dog’s medical history before our appointment, and was ready to discuss details. He put my dog at ease immediately, then carried out a thorough examination.
I signed up for their monthly pet plan subscription, which turned out to be cheaper than the one I had been using before.
The reception staff were lovely
Overall, our visit was pleasant and hassle-free.

I have been with Apex since the very start and have watched them grow to a very successful practice.
All the Vets, Nurses and reception staff are really good with my Golden Retrievers and they are always happy to visit - one was even born there by a successful C section.
In my opinion they are one of the best practices in the area.

Watson was a little unsure as usual but as sure as he heard his name called vet Sam, he was fine. Everything is done to make dog and owner comfortable.
Watson had things checked out, medication prescribed then off to reception to finish off. Experience couldn’t be better.

Extremely quick and professional service.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nice atmosphere, good with the animals and give good clear advice and direction. Well stocked shop too.

Have been using Apex for 4 years now. Moved to the practice after becoming unsatisfied with previous vet.
Always available is needed. Have their own out of hours, meaning it's always one of the practice vets you get and your not diverted to a random animal hospital in Glasgow.
Couldn't be happier with the service I have recieved for my complex care elderly dog, and cats. All vets are kind and will explain everything to you. Cheaper than previous vet too.

My dog is nervous due to past traumatic experiences at another vet clinic. Apex has been amazing for the most part. Claire is spectacular with my dog, she takes the time to fuss over her and reassure her that it’s not a scary place and her confidence is building slowly but surely. This was set back previously by one of the other vets in this practice who didn’t explain anything to me and shoved a muzzle on my very anxious dog with no prior warning when she was hiding in the corner of the room. My dog got so distressed that her nose started bleeding with the muzzle on and I had to take it off. I do appreciate any dog under distress could be a cause for concern for a vet but the way this was previously handled was completely unacceptable and set her back again, this vet didn’t seem to care. Unsure if it was because of her breed or if there was another issue at the time. If it had been explained to me that a muzzle would be recommended then I would have put it on her myself with great care and not shove it on her face with force when she’s trembling in the corner with fear. I would now only go to Claire as she is so calm and good with my dog that we’re building up trust again (not.a muzzle in sight!) Overall knowing I will never make an appointment with the other vet I am very happy with the care provided. Reception staff are welcoming and friendly both on the phone and face to face.
