I had such a lovely experience with the vet nurse Fiona today when I took my cat in. She was absolutely lovely, so kind and gentle with my cat, and clearly very knowledgeable. She took her time during the appointment and made us both feel completely at ease. You can really tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. I couldn’t have asked for better care and would highly recommend her. Thank you much for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience! ❤️

Great vets standard of care is excellent,I go to sam and he's just brilliant with my dogs,I have four and they are all well cared for at apex

My Black Lab, Wilfred, stole and ate some of a fruit scone whilst visiting a friend. I was not sure if he had actually ate any raisins, but I did not want to take any chances at all. I called Apex vets out of hours on a Friday night, I am a newly registered patient here and had not actually been to the practice before. The staff were calm, friendly and so helpful. The vet called me back, explained my options. I took Wilf down straight away. They welcomed us and took Wilf off for an injection to induce vomiting. He had indeed ate 5 raisins!! The staff were brilliant, the practice looks great. Not exactly the visit I had planned but I am so grateful for the advice, help and care that both Wilf and I experienced. Thank you to everyone who helped.

Recently my dog collapsed and had to be rushed in to Apex vets. She was treated efficiently and quickly and I was updated on everything which was happening. Everyone involved was very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. I highly recommend Apex vets. Apparently my dog would not have survived the night but for the knowledge, experience, and treatment given by the vets.

This vets is amazing. They have been so good to me, seeing me with my dog on two separate emergency occasions within half an hour of calling when he wasn't even registered. They truly care about your pets and act extremely fast. I have had the pleasure of dealing with fern the veterinarian and she was top class. I would absolutely recommend this veterinary surgery to anyone. They are second to none.

I had a nurse appointment with 3 dogs this morning- all needed to have their anal glands emptied. The nurse was great with each dog.

I got an appointment same day with no problems
The reception staff were friendly and helpful
Kat, the vet, was excellent and spoke through the options with me. She fussed my dog and made sure he was as happy as he could be!

As always proffessional. Took my dog for a check up and all my guestions were answered. No delay with time of appointment, all good.

Both our dogs had a six-monthly checkup with one of the nurses at the Practice. Both dogs are a wee bit nervous but the nurse was very patient and took her time to reassure the dogs and complete her checks. It is just what you would expect from the Practice. All the staff are very friendly and competent and the service is always top notch.

Every visit is great. Brodie, our 2 year old Cocker loves his visits to see his vet, specifically Claire.
Staff are amazing and always there to speak to you and answer any questions.

When we spoke to Rachael the Vet she put me at ease. Minnie being an older lady I was worried about her having a general anaesthetic but Rachael reassured me that she would be fine and did some bloods to confirm that she is in good health.

Great Vets. Reception staff very welcoming and have time for my dog. Nothing is too much trouble. It is clean and I trust the care they give my dog

Moved from a vets that had turned into a multi-national and it is like night and day - no additional travel if your pet needs emergency treatment through the night - professional and friendly staff

Brilliant vets, very calming when something is wrong, very explanatory of all treatment and costs, they genuinely do care for animals and go the extra mile to ensure your pets care.

I would recommend 100% we have dog cats and tortoise here and they all receive the best care

The team @ Apex Vets is one big happy, dedicated, caring family. My wee Tara, border collie, aged 13, is an anxious wee elderly lady with a few health conditions now. However, her visits are always catered to her needs & she goes in willingly with a wagging tail.
I've used Apex Vets for 16 years now, and they've always taken the very best of care of my dogs, Patch my KCS, now Tara & my family too. I would highly recommend them, especially Doug, wee Corrie & Caroline on reception. ❤️🐾❤️

I moved to this practice a couple of years ago and wished I’d done it sooner. Rachael is so good with Jessie and all the staff are so pleasant and helpful. Excellent service every time!

Had my boy buddy in today for follow up on his eye ulcer after a few weeks of trying to heal it..Kat was fantastic as always and very reassuring and putting my mind at ease with it all..altho we now have to see a specialist it has been the care and help along the way that has kept his eye ulcer from progressing further altho it is not fully heal for now. Apex Vets are and always will be my top team and I will always be grateful for their care and understanding xx

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area is big enough although you can go into a separate area if your pet is nervous. Always feel my concerns are listened to and appropriately actioned. Would definitely recommend as an excellent vet practice
