Apex vets are the best. All of the staff are welcoming, helpful, always have time to help . My dog is perfectly happy going and is well looked after . Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend them

Apex ER has a caring staff. From checkin to checkout, everyone was friendly, very caring to my dog and thorough in their treatment of our pup.
The first ER we went to had a 4-6 hour wait. Although this group is fairly new the wait from start to checkout was about 2 hours

Great service - prompt appointment. Staff are friendly and helpful from reception to vet. So good with my cautious dog, gave him time and did not overwhelm him! Clear explanations and advice. Thank you again 😊

Engages well with the community through open days and providing bibs etc for the local schools, great effort

Very friendly team. Patient with our puppy today who was a bit sore. We phoned up in the morning and were seen by lunchtime.

When I adopted my neighbours cat, I adopted Apex at the same time. 2 more cats later I’m still with Apex, where my brood are well looked after. Not the closest vet practice to me, but wouldn’t ever consider moving practice.

Vet Callum is always amazing to deal with. Lorraine at reception always remembers you and the pet also so feels like a personal experience. Both staff are amazing to deal with, have been with apex for over a decade with all my pets never had a bad experience.

My dog had eaten wet sand and Apex were able to see her right away. Told me what the cost was going to be beforehand which I think is really important. She was treated with care and consideration and back home with me, albeit looking very sheepish, within a couple of hours.

Staff are very helpful , excellent customer relations and of course the pet comes first.
They explain everything to you, and Connor the nurse was very helpful giving me good tips to help Bella live a happy long life

Staff are professional and extremely helpful.
I was running late due to traffic, etc. The staff made every effort to ensure I could still be seen even though I was late. Appreciated the support and lack of judgement. Great Team.

Had an incident with Saffi on her morning walk and she damaged her dew claw. Vets squeezed me in at 11-30 and claw was removed. Apex vets are always ready to help . Fantastic vets .

We had to take our puppy in for emergency appointment on a Saturday night. Saw him within 10 minutes and was kept in overnight for Monitoring. Gave us all the options and explained the costs clearly. They also gave us an update (with picture) throughout the night and phoned next day. Fair and honest with the vet bill before collection.

Great peace of mind knowing there was someone with him to give him care and attention throughout the night.

Sapphire was in for her 6 month checkup. Chloe did a thorough examination of her while keeping Sapphire amused at the same time.

I’ve been a client of Apex vets for as long as I can remember. I recently brought 2 of my cats in to see one of the locum vets, Louise.
She was very thorough with both my cats despite Meg having a reputation for being a bit ‘fiesty’ with vets!!
I’ve been extremely satisfied with these vets for many years, I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Didn't wait to long to be seen and the vet sorted out the issue with my dog there and then, so professionally, I honestly can't fault them.

I needed an emergency appointment as my dog had eaten something toxic. From my phone call to being seen was less than 20 minutes! Apex are an amazing practice. Definitely recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Recently joined Apex after having a bad experience with another vet. Wish I had found Apex sooner as they are outstanding. They clearly put your pet first, the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and love their job and I would highly recommend them.

Our spaniel suffers from sore ears as she loves the water and seems to pick up infections from time to time.
They are always very attentive, understanding and they genuinely care.

Visited Apex again today for different reasons. Previous visits were heartbreaking due to losing both of our beautiful and much loved cats. We lost both within 44 days of each other and this has left the family with a massive hole in our lives.
So at the weekend we collected an unpredictable decision, this decision was Brodie!!
Brodie is our newest member of the McKay family and is 9 weeks of absolute cocker spaniel fluff and ears.

Gave him his first jag yesterday and we were so appreciative of the caring nature of all staff as we returned to the vets once again.
Apex staff treat you like one of the family and show so much kindness and compassion towards us.
We honestly didn’t think that our broken hearts could ever be mended and that special mark that Coco and Clio left us has let the proverbial ‘garden gate’ open to make us happy once again.

Thank you to all of the staff involved in caring and supporting our two girls during their illnesses and for the much loved welcome from our gorgeous boy, Brodie.
