Got 3packs of straight hair and lace closure from this website. I have to say the hair exceeded my expectation, lovely and soft, no tangling or shedding. Lovely packaging as well, 3montjs and still very happy. Yasssss

Bought three bundles in November which clearly weren't made properly as I've never had hair shed this much on me. Considering that I spent around £230 on the hair as well as the frontal which is balding, I would have expected it to last longer than a month? I won't be shopping here again and I am going to be using BSS hair now as I'm tired of buying hair online only to be constantly let down.

Oh, and the delivery was slow.

Purchased for me and my mum. Hair is definitely real hair quality, gets me compliments everyday. And packaging was out of this world. I even got a Christmas card sent which was a nice touch. No reservations at all.

I have absolutely no reservations recommending this company. Been a loyal customer for a minute. I must have tried all their textures, straight, curly, wavy, you name it. They do stick to their polices, so if you are ten minutes late after cut off, your order won't go till the next day which is annoying. But, I still give them five stars because I'd rather continue to buy from a company that sticks to what they say then risk my money with companies that overpromise and then your order doesn't even turn up.

Finally! The real company with a proper UK number and a real person to speak to. They come across as very professional. I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve ordered 3 Brazilian bundles and a frontal - the hair arrived the very next day of purchasing (I got the special delivery). Packaging was fantastic, exceeded all my expectations with a silk dust bag and I even received a free silk bonnet. I had the hair installed for about 6 weeks ago, it’s holding up real nice. It’s very soft, I look after it well and it behaves well. I am very happy to have found this company. Would definitely be buying more in near future.

Total rip offs!! I have purchased 2 units from them which were clearly made by amateurs! Wefts are hanging off (had only 2 months!!). Lack of customer service, arrogance, indifference, and ZERO remorse!! They seem rather cocky, and full of ego!! LAUGHING AT US I BET

They are basically ripping people off. The closure does not last. They also send out the wrong hair and when you query this, they come back with nonsensical replies. i paid £14.00 extra to get Saturday delivery, they sent me the wrong closure, when I rang up the chap was cocky and indifferent. I told him I had no time to send the hair back and get a replacement as my hairdresser was all booked and that is why I paid the extra for delivery, I thought he would suggest, a reasonable compromise such as discount at the next order, or show some empathy for me as a customer based on their mistake, but no, he repeated himself as if he's on a script and I'm now stuck with an inferior hair that will not last.

I'm livid. I am done with the company and after reading other reviews, i realise the quality has slipped, my last 2 closures have not lasted so they are ripping people off.

Ladies, please avoid and find a supplier that actually cares for their customers. I will never buy hair from these people again.
