Angloville provides travel sponsorships and unique experiences that facilitate linguistic and cultural exchange programmes in beautiful venues across Europe: Malta, Italy, Poland, etc. These exchanges occur between English speakers and language learners, most of whom are successful professionals or ambitious youth. Our programme is a mix of casual conversations, workshops, role plays, games and fun-packed activities – all in English – that allow you to get the most out of your stay and explore the local culture while making friends from all around the world.

Angloville as a company need to take responsibility for the actions of their staff and not deflect and claim defamation. It is not defamation if it is true.
Here's my story. I had to collect my daughter from the airport today after she was let go with no warnings, because she complained about being the subject of racial abuse. She was one of the girls mentioned in a previous review. The teenagers subjected her, another leader and very young children on a different course to racial abuse. They had monkey chants, monkey called out to them and bananas left outside their rooms and lowered on to balconies. So upset were they that they asked the English coordinator to take a day off and were given permission. That day she was constantly on the phone upset by the attitude of the Polish leaders. In particular the Health and Safety officer there. She was then informed that she and the other girl were being let go. We have footage and recordings of the conversations and proof of the treatment. So she has had to pay out for new flights, taxis and lost her deposit from Angloville. We will be taking legal action against the company and taking it to the European Commission for Human Rights. Do not think of getting involved with this company as they do not support equality and treat staff terribly.

I was staying at a hotel this week in Malta where it seems a tour group from France of very young children were targeted by the Polish teenagers. What I saw disgusted me. Monkey chants, banana throwing at these young children. From what I could see they were also hurling abuse at one of the girls working there of African background. We couldn't sit on our balcony as it was constant. What was most disgusting was the Polish leaders laughing and encouraging the behaviour. I am writing to the embassies involved as this is blatant racism encouraged by the company employees, and anyone of colour seems fair game. I overheard they had also sacked two staff who were of colour for complaining.

Angloville is a company with no morals. This company is entrusted with taking care of their volunteers and the children with a supposed no tolerance policy. However this is not true. They allow teenage boys to be openly and aggressively racist towards both children and adults of colour. To the extent that they felt they need to call the local authorities as they feared for their safety.
Anyone with any sense of decency or morality should stay far away from this company.
Edit:
After seeing the response from Angloville I would like to clarify that attempts were made to bring this to the attention of higher up officials however on the ground the coordinators laughed at the racism and saw no issues with it. Stating that you have certain values and actually following through with them from the ground up are two very different things. Maybe for the sake of future volunteers and attendees you should consider taking on paid staff who do NOT find racism funny.

I was a native English-speaker 'mentor' for this English conversation program in Poland. We were promised 6 nights in a 3-4 star hotel+3 meals a day. The reality was we were put 2-to-a room in the staff quarters-old dirty furniture with bugs in the basement+ yuki food which made you pyuk. In the evening nothing cooked -just cheese+ bread. 1 mentor was bitten in the eye by a bug in her room. Polish students pay Euros 1000+ for this program I doubt Angloville spent 100 Euros on the mentors. The days were were long (9am to 9 pm). There was not even a single cultural trip in the neigbourhood! They even had the nerve to charge 35 Euros to the mentors as 'admin fee'. A horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN! Avoid at all costs!
Pros
Nothing!
Cons
Slave labour, terrible food, awful accomodation.
terrible food
dirty bug-ridden accomodation
Notice Angloville admits "We completely agree with you regarding the conditions you experienced, particularly the sudden bug infestation at that venue" and yet they complained to Trustpilot to take my review down!!!!

Rubbish company. Not serious and professional at all. I had an interview on the 28th of March 2025 with a woman (Not citing her name here). No one came back to me, absolutely no one. I contacted this lady, but her email is not valid. then i sent an email to the info contact team, then again no one came back to me. They wrote me back when i started to talk about GDPR and my right to be forgotten, they started to be scared and apologised. Sorry, but they wasted my time for this interview and they didn t come back to me. Stay away from this company.

It is an incredible company. It has allowed me to travel to Malta, Poland and Austria whilst meeting lovely other like minded people wanting to make a positive impact. The polish children are incredibly respectful and accepting of your support and teaching. I thought I was making an impact on them but the way the made me feel was incredible. Everyone involved loves the week and leaves with incredible memories. Anyone looking to work with children or just share a wonderful experience should try it!!!
