Excellent service. Manny kept us informed of his arrival time and quickly located and efficiently resolved our unpleasant blocked drain issue. He then did an underground pipe health check with his camera to identify a potential further cause and advised and quoted for what was needed to prevent the situation occurring again. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again.

The job was completed to an excellent standard. Although the problem was a lot harder to sort out than originally thought the operative called Manny didn't give up until the job was completed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very competent. I would have no hesitation in recommending drain doctor Ipswich to anyone with problems and will use again myself ifneeded

I had Ben Meadows round from Drain Doctor this week to put a camera down the drains on my property which had been arranged by the council.Id like to start by saying what a delightful man he is,he kept me up to date on what he was doing and explained why.I would definitely recommend ben and drain doctor

I rang up at 10:30am (ish) and had someone out that same day at 5:15pm. Mario- the plumber - yes really! He was superb and worked quickly to sort out the problem. He was friendly and answered all my daft plumber related questions with good humour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Also, I was really pleased with the cost.

Karl called today and carried out a very professional job, investigating and examining every point where a problem might exist. Very good manner and customer focused and a pleasure to deal with. He explained actions and results very carefully so that we understood everything. Would thoroughly recommend Karl and the company.

Dean arrived very promptly and was extremely polite and helpful. The job here was not straight forward but Dean explained clearly what he was going to do and kept me updated throughout. We now have lovely working drains thanks to Dean and Anglia Drain Doctor.

Booked appointment for blocked drain but no one showed up. Called them to check what time someone should be with us to only to be told no one is coming and made excuse that they tried to call but phone was unable to get through to me. I am sure someone was able to text or contacted me via email that was provided. Left with dirty dish,unable to use washing machine or dish washer. Not recommended at all POOR SERVICE!!!

Neil Austin came to my grandparents house he was there when he said he would be, made it clear what he was doing and cleared the problem in minutes would highly recommend him
