I am a professional property investor. Placed 2 properties for sale in October 2025. To say they were awful would be paying them a compliment. I took 1 property off the market. The other they found a buyer that was a total waste of time and the agents did very little to get the sale thru. Finally got so fed up I pulled out of the sale today.
Avoid this agent at all cost. I am baffled how they are still in business.

Poor at ensuring both landlord and tenant are looked after. Estate agents managing rental properties have two customers, landlord AND tenant. Served a no fault eviction notice with no narrative/explanation, which I understand is legal BUT it was only issued so the landlord could increase the rent. A simple phone call and conversation would have resulted in a much different outcome for agent, landlord and tenant. Instead the property was vacated, the tenant had costs to move (but is now much happier in a better property paying less rent!), the property is still listed, having had price reductions which are now at the level the outgoing tenant offered AND the agent is out of pocket because they are currently earning ZERO fees. I’m not an estate agent, but I am a businessman, landlord and tenant and I would have done things very differently and every party would have been better off, but what do I know…hindsight is a great thing!

What an awful estate agent to deal with, avoid them at all costs. We viewed a house and made a formal offer the next day. By law Andrew Pearce Estate Agents have to forward our offer to the vendor and get back to us with a response. A week went by following our formal offer and no response! We then sent an email to request feedback. Once again after a week no response! My wife then telephoned Mark Woollen at Andrew Pearce and was told the Manager was currently out of the office but would return our call on his return. Guess what, after a further 2 days of waiting for a response....nothing! We notice the house is still for sale, I wonder why, maybe because this estate agent is incapable of actually selling a property! On the strength of our dealings with Andrew Pearce Estate Agents I would not touch them with a bargepole, avoid.

Took my deposit said I would get it back if I didn't pass complete lies said I failed and now won't give my deposit back will Ombudsman Services to resolve this

By far the worst agency I have ever dealt with, between their ineptitude and blatant misuse of the truth, their services should be avoided!
