BEST customer service in the WORLD! The Primrose palette arrived with a broken eyeshadow (a small part of me died). I emailed ABH and sent a picture of the palette and it's injury. Customer Service replied super quick and sent out a replacement palette immediately! Woah!! That's how customer service is supposed to work! These makeup palettes are the best...ever. I have wasted money on gorgeous palettes from other companys that end up chalky or extreme fallout or zero color pigmentation. ABH cannot be beat for their blend-ability or color options. In a world where Customer Service is lacking (if you can even reach a real person to talk with), doing business with ABH was refreshing!! Will be a customer for life!

I purchased a collection of items online few days ago . The international shipment arrived quickly, but unfortunately the eyeshadow palette primose arrived with a damage in one of the colours. I immediately wrote to the costumer service and immediately I got a rely asking for my preference for a refund or a reshipping of a new item ..And as the palette has an amazing colours I asked for reshipping. And within less than an hour I received a confirmation that a new palette with be shiped .

Then in the same day they solved the problem within 4 hours
They did a replacement as well as they were so fast,so understanding and so professional

Orderd 2 items n my order arrived with 1 item missing i was shocked n though not going to get money back or the item
I emailed them and to my surprise they responded on the same day they needed alittle more info from me n the next day they were ready to refund me or send the missing item.

I bought two eyeshadow palettes and one glow kit and upon arrival both of the eyeshadow palettes were broken. I wrote to customer service and sent them pictures and within one day, less then 24 hours, they had answered me and refunded me the money for the broken palettes. They offered to re send me new palettes but I choose the refund instead. Very impressed with their service and would definitely buy things again and would absolutely recommend to others. Thank you for all the help and very fast service!

ABH have one of the most supportive and pleasant customer care services I've experienced.
Some weeks back, I purchased a damaged brow wiz pencil from a retail store (Douglas) in the Netherlands, Amsterdam, and I had quite a nasty experience trying to make an exchange.

I sent an email to ABH, and they not only provided a timely response but also offered me a complimentary pencil!
I think this was a great gesture on their path. Also, the pencil is pigmented, but without being too heavy, and works great for my full brows!

I'll 100% recommend shopping with them.
