Liquid Lipsticks are amazing & have some staying power but they are a little bit drying & they do kind of crack.

The best support when I had questions about a product. I really have to recommend Dip brow pomade, lasts a very long time and I love the color medium brown.

The products I received are wonderful on the skin. I did have a hiccup and received the wrong blush stick to which customer service was a 20/10! I love this brand through and through.

Had an order Nov 2024, but the product after a few scattered uses throughout Dec and Jan fell apart. It was a brow duo sided brush and the glue holding the angled line brush side was old or not strong and the brush head fell off the handle without any strenuous use. I contacted customer service and they fixed my issue within 6 hours and sent me a free replacement immediately. Love the customer service! I used their customer service contact portal.

I love the product itself, have been using their eyebrows products for years but only venturing into eyeshadow this year. They're very pigmented and the glittery ones are incredibly long lasting. I ordered two and one arrived broken, but they were so quick with the replacement!

I had a little inconvenience with packaging and once i reached out to the company they made sure to make it right. Customer service is amazing and fast when it comes to respond and to make it better. Not only they are one of the best quality products out there but they have one of the bests Customer service rep. I recommend them with my eyes close.

First off the products are AMAZING!!! The sugar and spice eyeshadow palettes are to die for. Beautiful colors and easily blendable. Their customer service is A+++++++. In my 52 years, I have never had such great and immediate customer service. GREAT BRAND, GREAT PRODUCTS AND GREAT SERVICE!!!!

They promised during the checkout that there would be no additional costs, like customs, duties, etc upon arrival, however I needed to pay all the import fees. Customer service is very unprofessional and unhelpful. Be warn, don't trust their promise regarding the customs and duties. I wish I waited and have bought from local retailer instead of their website.
Update as a response: you absolutely clearly guaranteed to me that there would be no additional charges upon arrival. I sent screenshot multipl times to your customer service so they could see what was promised to me during checkout. Your customer service just chose not to react and ignore the fact that you are lying to a customer. You can check all the correspondence and you will see that screenshot that 100% clearly guarantees no additional charges would be for this particular order. Therefore, this review must stay here to inform customers not to trust your promises at the checkout.
And a tip for you: instead of arguing with a customer, just check your website. Maybe actually customer is right and you promise the customers in the Netherlands that they do not need to pay any additional duties and fees upon arrival to their country.

I emailed Anastasia of BH about a lip gloss I was looking for and heard back from them in less than 5 minutes! The lip gloss I was asking about is no longer made but, I was given a great suggestion that is even more pretty than the one I was asking about. GREAT CUSTOME SERVICE!!!!

I love their makeup! I have sensitive skin and these products seem to be working great for me. I am happy I have finally found something that works for my type of skin. Their eyeshadows and eyebrows products are the best I've ever used. Their customer support is also incredible. Totally recommended if you're looking for quality makeup

Modern Renaissance is truly the best eyeshadow palette I have ever used & will never buy another brand. I had a minor issue with my order which was promptly resolved by the customer service team. I will be trying more ABH products because it’s important to me to do business with a company that manufactures top quality products, but also delivers those products with top quality customer service as well. What made my experience great is a combination of quality products (I use 3 of their eyebrow products) and excellent customer service.
I can see customer service satisfaction slipping away from many other companies with newer corporate models and goals of profit before other essential successful business protocals, in my opinion. Some examples are an over use of AI and the absense of human interaction.
Anastasia efficeintly and quickly replies to customer service issues and uses the old adage, "The customer is always right" model.

I placed my very first order with Anastasia Beverly Hills on the TikTok shop and received my order today! And to my Unfortunate surprise my box came damaged and the inside was exposed, so I went to retrieve my products and immediately noticed that one of my products were missing! This is something that has been happening for the last year to me though… My products have been coming in damaged boxes with products missing and I know that’s NOT because of the company, this is because of sticky fingered people that work for the Postal Services but that’s another story for another day😅. But anyways, when I reached out to Anastasia Beverly Hills customer service, All I did was send one quick and simple email with my order number and provided pictures of my damaged box and my order slip, and they immediately sent me a replacement no questions asked! I haven’t tried any Anastasia products yet like I said in the beginning of this review, this was my very first order! But as we all know, Anastasia has been around long enough and obviously it’s for a reason, right!? So I already know that I’m gonna love the products!
