Hi, I purchased first time from ABH , my order came damaged , got disappointed , I emailed them for return and was thinking never gonna shop there again but I am impressed from their customer service, satisfactory reply. They told me not to send them a damaged product but they are gonna send me same new product.

My pallet was broken when it came in the mail, i send right away email to them about it. I was surprised how fast I got an answer and they already shipped a new pallet to me :) really happy how fast it took

I love ABH palettes (I have always bought them from ULTA). I wanted to start collecting and exploring the shadow singles and this time went directly to the ABH site and placed my order, was given a confirmation and notified that my order was received and was being shipped within 24 hours. The order got to my house quickly but my empty palettes were missing and one shadow broke. I contacted the ABH team via email, they responded within hours and professional put their process in place to rectify the situation. I can say the shadows and the ABH team are top notch!!!

They have been so kind and helpful with any issue or question I had. And I think a major plus is how quick they were to take action towards my request.

I placed an order on Black Friday for two products. The shipment arrived quickly and well packed. However only one product was sent. I contacted Anastasia via email and they promptly replied. They are sending out the second item immediately. Efficient and excellent customer service! I will definitely shop here again.

Worst experience in my entire life final sale items even if its damaged they still dont offer refunds or exchanges. I will never order from them ever again. I have ordered from other companies they help you out with damaged items but this company forget it. Waste of money. Ill take the bite and loss for it. Other negative reviews were right the customer service is super horrible and stingy on refunda or exchanges. Mind you my product was just a kit not a sale item. They classified it as a sale item and made it final sale. Never in my life i will order from them again better off shopping at ulta.now in stuck with a damaged item.

When I received my recent order the pallet came damaged from shipping. The ABH team was quick to get a replacement pallet sent out to me! I was so thankful to not be stuck with the damaged pallet and that they were willing to provide a replacement, so happy and thankful for the quick resolution!

During the summer I had ordered 2 palettes and only 1 came in, I emailed them and heard back instantly. They apologized and sent my 2nd right away and I didn’t have to wait weeks or days. Took about 2 days and that was it to be delivered. Ordered 2 highlight palettes during Black Friday, they both arrived broken and I emailed them late that night with proof of damaged items and they responded back in the morning and immediately are sending me 2 new highlight palettes! They are seriously the sweetest and best! Easy communication and I never stress when I have to email them. 💞✨

I ordered an eyeshadow pallette, and it was packaged very well with foam, but it still came with a broken shadow. I wrote an email asking about a replacement and expected to hear back in the next few days. Within about 2 minutes I had a response, they just asked for photos for proof of purchase and damage, responded again within minutes and put in a replacement order for the whole pallette. They were polite, efficient and i am very pleased with their responses. 5 stars for both the products and the customer service!

I received a damaged palette in the mail and within 10 minutes of emailing customer service they had sent a confirmation that a new one would be shipping soon! Quickest and easiest customer service interaction I’ve ever experienced!

I always had quick, kindly answers to my questions when I contacted customer service. Also never had any trouble when I purchased in the store : we can say that ABH is a great and quality brand .

The only thing I regret is some awesome products I love that are regularly discountinued but we all know it's part of the game and many brands do it.

Ho fatto un ordine il 23/10 ed il pacco è arrivato il 28/10 (consegna standard). Considerando che il sabato e la domenica i corrieri non lavorano devo dire che è stata una consegna molto veloce. Sul sito europeo ti calcolano già le tasse così una volta pagato puoi stare tranquilla (dal sito europeo non paghi la dogana); per quanto riguarda il tracciamento appena il pacco si sposta viene scritto (tutto nei dettagli!). Ho avuto un’esperienza molto buona e devo dire che ho fatto bene ad ordinare qua invece che da Sephora (che tra l’altro non aveva il prodotto da me cercato!).

Best glow kits and brow makeup - I’ve tried the contour kits but I’m terrible at contouring so can’t give an honest opinion regarding that.

I sent a message regarding a question I had about two similar problems. The answer came very fast and it was to the point. Very polite as well!

10/10 on product quality, customer service and shipping. It's difficult for me to objectively color match myself. Fair skin, Auburn hair and dark eye brows. I incorrectly color matched myself and was so worried about choosing yet again a wrong color (I am crazy picky about my brows. I was using the same (differnt company) product for 3 years and just perfected how I liked it. Anyways I messaged the company with my photo explaining and they messaged with a color suggestion (which I went with and was perfect) but also explained their products, their color charting, the technique of how to shape your brows. At their suggestion of the pomade I switched my initial decision to get the brow wiz. I followed the video on their YouTube of how to use the pomade correctly (as some people dont) and I fell in love. Perfect match and its great because its natural and easy to build rather than blocking. I also got a lip stick and I love the color. Both the lip stick and pomade not only last perfectly for hours but are water resistant and true to this. A splash of water and even rubbing it doesnt smudge everywhere but breaks down immeditley and easily upon touching cleanser. Due to spending a certain amount I got to try the mascara for free and I'm the biggest fan of that too. I'd like to say the delivery was very fast. Packaged nicley and safely and the provided a delivery tag just in case which 1. Is not only considerate it says they believe in their product. I'm crazy picky and I'm beyond happy across the board with ABH and wanted to extend my appreciation
