We hired Karen for our wedding, and I can honestly say she exceeded every expectation we had. From the first consultation, she listened closely to our vision and brought it to life with creativity, precision, and a true eye for detail.

The venue looked so elegant and completely personalized to our style. Every corner was thoughtfully decorated, from the floral arrangements to the table settings.

Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the decor, and the photos turned out stunning because of how beautifully everything was styled. The Karen was so easy to work with throughout the process.

We chose Shauna at Ambience Cheshire West to be our venue stylist, and she was amazing from the very start. She helped us shape our vision for the day and gave really helpful guidance on different styles, colours, and how everything could work together. She ensured that our choices suited the look we were going for and that everything tied in beautifully with the venue itself.

Shauna met us at the venue before the big day to go through what was possible and talked us through everything in detail, which really put us at ease. On the day, she took care of absolutely everything, from setting up the ceremony space in the morning, to transforming it into a gorgeous banquet style setup for the wedding breakfast. Each space felt so personal to us and looked incredible!

Shauna was super professional, friendly, and clearly knows her stuff. Her attention to detail was spot on, and it meant we didn’t have to lift a finger. She stayed right through to the evening to make sure everything was just right, and then came back the next morning to clear everything away.

Honestly, having a venue stylist like Shauna made the whole wedding process so much easier. Trying to DIY it all ourselves would’ve been so stressful and we’re so glad we didn’t go down that route. We’d recommend having a stylist to anyone planning a wedding, and we genuinely can’t recommend Shauna highly enough. She brought everything together perfectly and made our day so special!

We hired Ambience Venue Styling for our two-day wedding celebration , a Nigerian traditional ceremony followed by a civil wedding and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.

Jo was an absolute godsend for us on our wedding day and throughout the whole process. After being let down by another decorator, Jo came to the rescue. We loved that she listened to everything we wanted, and she was not pushy, but was able to offer her professional and creative advice along the way! She also kept us within our budget and she is so friendly and approachable, it was a pleasure every time we were in touch with her. I keep saying the best money we spent on was the decorating. Another thing we really appreciated was she advised to utilise our decorations from the ceremony and move them to the reception, because of our budget, this made our visions become reality because we reused some decorations. Jo handled everything the day before, after our ceremony and then the next day they had already been to collect everything and there was nothing for us to do, which made it as stress free and relaxing as it could have been. We can’t recommend Jo enough, the venue and styling looked absolutely stunning, everything was perfect. It was a relief as well not having to rely on our bridesmaids and groomsman to move decorations as jo handled all of this too. If we could do it again, we would get Jo on the job for us a million times again! She is brilliant! Thank you so so much!

Words can’t describe how amazing Kim was. From our very first call she just got our vibe- classic & timeless. The styling of our wedding was perfect and exactly what we wanted and more. Lydia styled our wedding 29.03.2025. I knew from the moment I booked our wedding which suppliers I wanted and I was so pleased that Lydia were available. She is personable and she listened and brought to life the vision I dreamt of. She advised and I trusted her professional opinion. I’m not lying when I say, when I got a ‘sneak preview’ of our wedding breakfast room before all the guests, it truly took my breath away and brought me to tears (happy tears) - if you want someone you can put your trust in to create you something that will be complimented by guests, remembered forever and a statement piece; she’s the one! We were married at The Grand in York on the 3rd May; Lydia and the team at Ambience made our wedding day so incredibly special.

The first look we got at the wedding breakfast room will stay with me for a long time; it truly was absolutely magical and just what I'd dreamed of. The lilac chiffon runners, the candles, the place name velvet bows (a massive hit with our guests!) - everything came together wonderfully; which for me was a massive worry. When planning a wedding, it's so hard to visualise what each component will look like in harmony with the other, but I needn't have worried!

Lydia was wonderful to work with; polite, kind and very responsive to emails. Her guidance when it came to colour and room layout was invaluable, and her knowledge of the space was a plus when it came to deciding what to include.

Lydia & the Ambience North Yorkshire team are true masters at what they do - when looking for a venue stylist to style our wedding at Thicket Priory I knew they were the only team I wanted to go with, having seen their work there & at other venues in photos from previous weddings. They just 'get' the vision and the quality of their decor is so classic but modern. Would definitely recommend them!
