A big decision for us was whether to have a stylist or not for our wedding, however we cannot recommend Lydia at Ambiance North Yorkshire anymore!
Not only did it make the process of bringing our vision to life very easy, it was great to know it was all taken care of on the day as well.

Neither of us are creative however Lydia was great at suggesting ideas based on some photos we had seen and the style of the venue.
They created the most amazing aisle set up as well as styling the room for the wedding breakfast perfectly. The style was just right and complimented the venue. We had endless compliments at how “the styling was perfect”.
Side note- get the mirror (a massive hit for photos for guests).

The final details meeting is also a great idea- it gives you some insight into what the final product looks like and helps to reassure you that all the little details have been covered.

To summarise, get a stylist and get Ambience!

From the moment we first spoke to Lydia we knew she was the stylist for us. She is friendly, responsive and brilliant at her job, it has honestly been a stress free process from start to finish. Being able to visit the style lounge to nail the final details was a lovely experience that got us extra hyped for the big day.

Lydia completely understood the vibe we were going for and gave great advice and suggestions on how we could bring it all to life! We gave free rein over the end of aisle display after showing a few images of things we liked. We didn't see the final design until arriving at the venue and Lydia had absolutely smashed it, it was better than anything we could have imagined! So many of our wedding guests commented on how great everything looked and our unique styling for the day, none of which would have been possible without Ambience North Yorkshire. Now we are thinking of any excuse to hire them again!

Wedding Review – Ambience Venue Styling Manchester (5th Sept 2025, The Midland Hotel)

As two grooms planning our wedding, we weren’t entirely sure what a wedding stylist did - until we met the team at Ambience Venue Styling Manchester. From the very beginning, they listened with genuine care and helped us understand how we could collaborate to bring our vision to life. Their guidance was clear, thoughtful, and completely tailored to us.

They struck the perfect balance between offering expert advice and honouring our ideas. We felt supported every step of the way, and the end result was exactly what we’d hoped for. The Midland looked stunning - elegant, warm, and full of personality. It felt like us, and that’s entirely thanks to their skill and sensitivity.

We’re so grateful for their part in making our day feel so special. If you’re looking for a team who truly listens and knows how to translate your hopes into something beautiful, we’d recommend them wholeheartedly.

We got married at Howsham Hall in July and honestly was blown away by how everything turned out. We live in the US so we had to have all of our design meeting virtually. I was a bit nervous of course with not being local and was just hoping everything would just come together but Kim at Ambience made me feel at ease the entire process. She was so kind and listened and understood my vision. Every little detail of the day from the floral arrangements to the table design was simply stunning. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and would totally recommend Kim and the team at Ambience to design your special day.

We got married at Bassmead Manor Barns (Cambridgeshire) on 03.09.2025 and Rebecca made my wedding vision come to life. Her styling was absolutely beautiful, my guests complimented the detailing it couldnt go unnoticed. We got married at Cain Manor on Sunday and had the pleasure of working with Jan that covers the Surrey area for Ambience Venue Styling. Jan from the offset took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve for our day, and nothing was too big of an ask for her. She honestly went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. If you are looking for someone who will not only bring your wedding vision to life but help guide you and give you the freedom to change your mind, look no further. Karen is more than a stylist, she made my wedding planning so much easier, was so kind, trusted advisor and went out of her way to help before, on the day and post wedding (when she very kindly returned the belongings I had left behind). Well Jan from Ambience styling Surrey made my ideas come to life. She helped me with my mood board and was so patient with me as I changed elements of the design concepts and ‘final quote’ right up until the wedding. Her own experience of working with our venue, Cain Manor shon threw and Jan just made the room so beautiful. The drapes, how the cutlery was laid, the signage , right down to the neatly ironed napkins - it was all stunning. We’re so grateful to have had Jan there on our day to make it so special.

We recently had a simple, intimate wedding—just the two of us—and I was initially worried that our limited budget wouldn’t allow for much in terms of styling or decor. I had a few ideas in mind but wasn’t sure what was possible. That’s when Emily came in and transformed everything for us. From the beginning, she was kind, professional, and genuinely understanding of what we wanted. She suggested using faux flowers instead of fresh ones to help us stay within budget. Honestly, I was sceptical at first, but when I saw the final setup, I was pleasantly surprised. I couldn’t even tell they weren’t real, and because of this option, Emily was able to make the arrangements more lush than I expected. The room she styled for our ceremony was absolutely perfect—cozy, elegant, and beautiful. It made us feel special despite how small the event was. I’m so grateful we found her. Emily really brought our vision to life and made the day feel magical. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a talented and thoughtful stylist—especially if you’re working with a smaller budget.

Liz really brought our vision for our wedding to life, we had a discussion about what we wanted and she was so excited for the theme ‘emo elegance’ we called it.
We had several chats to keep updated on things that we wanted.
And on the day of the wedding the set up was smooth and Liz and her team knew exactly what they were doing. The room was absolutely perfect and everything we imagined and more. Thank you to Liz and your team for making this happen and we truly can’t thank you enough!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the styling for our wedding! From the very first conversation, Sarah and Kate were so easy to work with — warm, professional, and always quick to respond to my many questions. In the lead-up, they really took the time to understand what we were hoping for and gave us so much confidence that everything would come together beautifully.

Shauna decorated our wedding venue on 18th July 2025. I had recieved a few quotes and she was the best value for money. From completing an overview of what I wanted shauna was able to guide me and give the best practical and aesthetic advice. The result finish was perfect, better than I imagined and she made what can be a stressful time run smoothly due to her professionalism, organisation and keen eye for detail. A fantastically run company who can easily handle the fundamentals and the specific requirements of your wedding styling. We had quite a few specifics we needed arranging for our wedding (in a field!) - Sarah went above and beyond to help us with our dream wedding. We could not recommend Ambience enough, they have a great eye and are very reasonably priced in the market.

We booked with Ambience Mid Wales and worked with Michala. What can I say other that she was absolutely exceptional throughout both in terms of booking and selecting items for the wedding and the delivery on the day.

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and the venue looked absolutely incredible on the day. Suffice to say our day would not have been anywhere near as beautiful without Michala's guidance and eye.
