Initially nervous about spending a big amount the seller responded quickly to my queries and kept me up to date on delivery. Item arrived dead on time and was as good as it looked on the website.

I was linked into Anna as the UK distributor for an item I wanted to purchase. Anna was exceptional. She answer my emails and calls promptly, coordinated the courier and followed up after delivery.

Very frustrated with the delivery dates changing although I was kept informed. This needs to be improved I feel as it may deter further purchases to some customers
